How to insert memory card into computer?

So my dad has a nikon D200 camera, its pretty professional. Anyways, I took the memory card out and its really big. Not the small ones from those regular cameras. It is a PNY OPTIMA Pro Udma CompactFlash 266x 8GB. So the card is so big, that I can't find a hole in my laptop that is big enough to put the memory card into. I know that for regular cameras its just a small memory card that you insert right into the computer and then you can transfer your pictures. This memory card is huge, how do i connect it to my computer to get the pictures.

Nikon D200 Help! Indoor low light?

I'm suppose to shoot for a local indoor skatepark in a couple weeks.
They have mid lighting, about as bright as a walmart maybe a little darker.

I have two lenses a 18-200mm with f/3.5-5.6
and a 18mm that is a f/2.8

I really would love to use the 18-200 if possible, what would the best settings be to use?
Please remember there will be fast moving skateboarders and i would like as crisp of an image as possible.

I can bring in a floodlight or two to let some light in for the shoot if needed. It is a vert ramp we will be shooting [half pipe]

How to get rid of All dust/specs on sensor and lens?

I have a Nikon D200, and when I use high f-stops, like f/22 the dust and specs are more in focus, and more noticeable.

Here is a sample image of what I'm talking about:

I'm currently using a micro-fiber cloth to clean the lens (front and mount side), and cleaning carefully the mirror. Is there's better or more safe way to do this YOURSELF?

Added (1). Oh, and is this a result from the lens being dirty, or the sensor?

Added (2). Thanks, but I prefer to not think while shooting, "fix in photoshop". And it doesn't really make sense to shoot 200+ photos and have to manually "fix" every shot…

Which Nikon would be better for me?

I have a D5000 right now and I need to upgrade. Though this is a good starter camera it does not do a few things I want it to! Plus, the pro lenses from what I have read do not AF well with it.
I'm now considering either the D7000 or the D300s. I know the 300s is the higher end one but is there that much of a difference? Plus, I'm a little worried that there will be a new replacement for the 300s soon! Which would you get?
I'm going to be doing portraits, mostly of children.

Added (1). Also, I'm wondering if the D7000 can do wireless speedlight? I would assume so but i can't find text on it! Will the pro lenses work well on it? Like the large and heavy 70-200 f2.8?
Thanks!

Added (2). Yes, they do AF with it, but from what I have read not well. It is real slow. Then I also saw that if I chose to get the 80-200 instead it does not AF with the D5000. The big thing I needed it to do and it does not is the wireless speedlight. So basically, the big main difference is the tough body. Which will not matter much for me since i'm doing portraits.

NIKON D80 IS giving me a FEE error on 2 lenses?

I have a D80 and D200, I would exchange lenses with no problem… I have the 80-200 older push lens 2.8 and a 35-70 macro 2.8 both Nikkor and older lenses; from one day to the other my d80 is giving me a FEE on both lenses. I put them on my d200 and I have no problem, I cleaned the contacts and it didn't fix the problem, I also have my aperture rings locked to the highest f-stop as they should. Its obvious its not the lenses but my d80 I would think. I'm thinking if perhaps I could of moved something in the setting or the camera that could of done this. I have not dropped it and the camera only been shot like 10, 000 shots it mostly been a back up and well taken care of. Has anyone had any similar problems, or know of any tips to go about this; my last resort is to take it in to get it checked out.

Will a full format DSLR reduce time spent in post?

Shooting Nikon D200 and spend most of my life it seems in post. How does shooting full size sensor affect this after shooting work and time spent.

Added (1). The lack of control bothers me. I always shoot at exact exposure and correct WB. And yet the work is often muddy. Bothered me for a year now. You are right I don't have the exposure under control but I do not know why. I must have enough meat in the image because the fixes are easy but I would love to see a decent exposure once where the fix was just to say that's good.
