Nikkor 105 mm or sigma 150 mm MACRO?
Which one would you recommend for macro purposes?
on nikon d300s… The price should be more or less the same
Nikon
I have had great luck with Sigma lens and would recommend that over the Nikkor.
Depends what you are shooting…
i'd recommend the Tamron 90mm f/2.8…
If you're looking to shoot insects and don't mind the weight, the Sigma 150 would be the better choice due to the extra working difference. From what I've heard though, I don't think you would be disappointed with either!
(Personally, I use the Tamron 90mm on my APS-C so I can't give you first-hand experience with either of those.)
- Nikkor 80-400mm or Sigma 150-500mm, which will be better in the range 300-400mm?
- Which is a better lens? Nikkor 18-105 or sigma 18-200?
- Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 APO DG Macro Nikon-f performance as tele-macro combination?
- Tamron SP AF 70-200mm F/2.8 Di LD (IF) MACRO or Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG OS Macro HSM II?
- Are there any disadvantages of the Sigma 150mm macro compared to the Nikon 105mm macro?
