Can i use my old lenses? Nikon DSLR D70-D300s?
Hello people i currently own a Nikon 70 which i will soon be retiring for a D300s i have a few lenses but i want to know will the lenses off one fit the other? One is a AF. S NIKKOR 18-70mm 1:3.5-4.5G ED and the other is nikon ED AF NIKKOR 28-200mm135.56G i know their not hot shot lenses by any means but it would save a few pound in buying the new camera
Both will work. The 28-200 may disappoint
Definitely! My 18-70mm 1:3.5-4.5G ED has been used on a D70s, D80, D90, D200, D300, D3, and D40… Most nikon lenses will work on any nikon camera body.
D300s and D70 are fit to all Nikkor lenses.
While D60 D40 D5000 D5100 D3000 D3100 is not suitable with the lenses without auto-focus motor (often with a "D" behind the aperture, i.e. Nikkor 50mm 1.8D)
Yes nikon supports all kind of lenses,
manual, electronics, new type and old type.
so you can easily use any lens you have.
