Nikon D200 Help! Indoor low light? - 1

I'm suppose to shoot for a local indoor skatepark in a couple weeks.
They have mid lighting, about as bright as a walmart maybe a little darker.

I have two lenses a 18-200mm with f/3.5-5.6
and a 18mm that is a f/2.8

I really would love to use the 18-200 if possible, what would the best settings be to use?
Please remember there will be fast moving skateboarders and i would like as crisp of an image as possible.

I would shoot shutter priority, starting with about 1/250. You will need to experiment to find the right shutter speed. Shutter priority allows the camera to pick the aperture, probably the max of your zoom, f/3.5-5.6. The next item in your bag of tricks is ISO. In order to get the right exposure, you may need to bump up the ISO, probably not over 800. One final tweak is the Exposure Value. You may need to bump it up some. Above all, have some fun with it.
