Nikon d2X VS D70 for ISO NOISE PERFORMANCE?

Out of the two cameras, which would be able to give better iso performance as in less noise?

I know they are both similar, but could the d2x be better since it was released later on? Or no since it is still built on the older D2?

Added (1). Also another question. Would the D2x have an annoyingly high error rate like the green light of death issue on the D70? Or does the D2x not suffer from something that bad?

Upgrading from the D90?

I started out taking photographs with a Nikon D40 and after 2 years I upgraded to a D90 I now feel I need a better camera, I want a camera that can handle low light situations much better than the D90 can. I just need help with what camera to upgrade to. Do I upgrade to a D7000, D300s or do I make the move to fullframe and go for a D700 or other camera?

Added (1). Its not just the iso capabilities I would be upgrading the camera for, I would want faster fps more autofcous points and so on but iso was my main improvement I wanted. What lenses would you recommend I buy? I have a Tokina 11-16mm, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Sigma 70-300mm f/3.5-f/5.6, Nikon 105mm f/2.8 and the kit lens 18-105mm.

What comes with a DSLR when you buy it?

I'm kind of new with the whole DSLR thing and I'm thinking of getting one for Christmas.

I'm thinking of buying a Nikon D300s. And I wanted to know:

Does this camera already come with a lense or is it just the camera without the lense on it?

Thanks

Added (1). EDIT - Thanks guys! So I'll just be sure to buy the lense separately.

Critique My Lens Choices?

I know with full frame you have to be a bit more careful, and I'm thinking (thinking being the key word) of getting the D700. I currently have a Canon, so I'm a little lost.

I'm looking for professional quality. I know the lengths are what I want, but I want to make sure they're high quality lenses. I know Canon photogs really emphasize that you need the best glass on full frame because of the sensor (and who wants cheap glass on a nice camera, right?).

So right now I have the Nikon 50mm f/1.4G, 85mm f/1.8D (I know there's the f/1.4 version out, but I don't need it if I can avoid it), and 105mm f/2.8G on the list, as well at the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 (I don't expect to use it much, but want something… I'm familiar with this lens and it's great for the price).

Are these good enough? Will they do the camera justice, or will I look silly having these on the D700?

Nikkor or sigma lens?

I shoot with a Nikon d80 but am soon getting the Nikon d3s. I'm in the market for a new lens, and I'm wondering which brand is better, nikkor or sigma. I'm trying to decide between the nikkor 80-400mm, the sigma 80-400mm, or the sigma 120-400mm. I mainly do sports photography (I shoot at equestrian events), therefore I need a fast shutter. Which do you think is best?

How much could I get for A Sony A390 secondhand Camera?

I bought my camera about 3 months ago, but really want to save up for a Nikon D300. How much could I get for it now? I paid just over £400 for it. Would be selling it with a bag & lens etc.

AF Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8 - Nikon ED?

I just purchased this lens for my Nikon D3100, and for some reason, it won't auto-focus. Can someone please help me out. I know the auto-focus on the lens isn't broken, because when I tried it on my friend's camera (Nikon D2X) - it worked just fine. I also tried it on a friend's D300s, and that worked as fine as well.

Am I don't something wrong? Is there a certain setting that I need to put my camera on? Or, does this lens just NOT work with my camera?

Hi, i have recently bought a Nikon D200 and i need an all-arround lens, it need to be quality, durable. The Nikkor lenses are way too much for me as i'm on a budget of £150. My dad has the same camera with a nikon nikkor 18-200mm Vr and thats a great lens but i would like to get some real close-ups so if it had a macro setting, not a macro lens because i know they are way too expencive but i just want the best lens for my money.

How to set exposure and timing on my camera?

The camera I'm using is a Nikon D300. I need to set the time exposure to F/16 or F/22 at 1+ seconds, but the only instructions I've received is to use the B setting. However, when I go to B on the camera's menu, I find more than a few options and I have no idea where to go from there.

I also need to be able to time the camera so that it takes a photo about ten seconds after I press the button (so that I can take a self-portrait, for example.) I have no idea how to go about doing this.
