What would be a good lens to go with for the D90. Taking Pictures is just a hobby and i want to first get a lens that would be good for general all around use. Which ones should i look into?

I'm 14 years old and photography is everything to me right now. For Christmas, I'm asking my parents for a Nikon D3100. I would like to know if this is a good camera for beginners and any pros/cons to it.
I have done a lot of searching and it seems to be fanstastic… But I need to triple check and see what other people are saying.
Will I outgrow it too quickly? Or will it let me grow into it?
Right now, I just have a Point and Shoot and I have outgrown it- no doubt about it. I'm really excited for an upgrade.

What happened to the lens on my Nikon D3000?
I just got a Nikon D3000 2 days ago, and when I first started taking pictures, everything through the eye hole looked really perfect and sharp. Now whenever I look through the lens, it's really dark and fuzzy. I'm not sure what I did, but can someone help to fix this?
Nikon d7000 black oval on back of grip?
Where the buttom of your palm would rest on the d7000 is a oval black circle that looks like it would light up. Its not the sd card light its different? What is this?
I'm trying to decide which Nikon DSLR I should buy, and I'm thinking about getting the d3000. I'm a beginner and new to both Nikon and DSLRs. I was wondering, does Nikon d3000 do good bokeh? I'd like to be able to do that. Will the manual tell me how to do bokeh or will I have to fend for myself on that? Also, does Nikon d3000 take video? I'm hoping it does.

I have a Nikon d7000 and I was wondering what tripod would be good for it. I don't know anything about tripods at all. The most I'm willing to spend is $250. Any suggestions?
How to get about 1, 000 dollars in a month?
Last year, (December 26th) I didn't know much about cameras and bought the one I thought was like a DSLR camera and it wasn't, it was only 200 dollars and some change. Now I want to buy a Nikon D5100 and I called my local best buy and they have it, and all together it's roughly 1, 100 dollars. My mom is willing to buy my old camera off of me for 150, and my dad's giving me 200 dollars. I was wondering if there were ways to get more money? I thought of bake sales and selling things, but I'm not sure how it would work. Are there other ways I could get 900-1000 dollars? My mom would buy it for me but I'm going to Cancun for my 16th birthday, and won't be getting a gift this year.

I've been looking for a Nikon d5100 and the prices are about £600. Then I found slrhut on google shopping selling the camera for £475. I've read reviews about them saying how great the site is but you can never be sure so I'm here asking people if theyve used the site and what not. So is slrhut reliable?
