My nikon d3100 lens is steamed up
I got a new nikon d3100 for my photography in college but i went out to do a skate edit.
The internal lens where the eyepiece is has steamed up probably due to temperature because it was cold.
How can i fix this? Thanks.
Added (1). Edit: the steam has cleared up.

I have a nikon D3000 and I'm not really sure where to start. I want to be able to take awesome photography pictures, but I've never taken a class, or anything, I'm a complete newb. I've tried taking some pictures but they never turn out how I want, they always seem a little dull. Any tips or websites that I could go on?

How to adjust aperture nikon d3100?
How to adjust aperture nikon d3100?

I've been saving up for well over a year now and I'm going to be buying a nikon d5100 within this next week.
There's one I'm looking at that includes the shoulder bag, a 4gb memory card, a 18-55mmVR lens and a 55-300mmVR lens going for 1200 dollars. Is that a deal? What are the essential lenses for this nikon?
There's another one going for 800 (plus tax) dollars including the 18-55 kit lens. With a coupon for 200 dollars of a 70-300 lens and 150 off a 55-300 with purchase of the camera.
I'd probably buy extra warranty on top of both of these cameras, as the stores only cover 45 days for themselves and a year with Nikon. But which works out at the better deal?
I have to be realistic with money, as my dad said he would cover the excess costs, as long as I'm getting my money's worth.
Is it worth buying the first one with the bag, dvd, guide and memory card?
Are they all essentials? Would it be cheaper to buy them separately?
Which lenses are the best for a beginner/ I'm going to be taking pictures of practically everything to start with. A lot of children, landscapes, and portraits and creative ones.

Advice on choosing the right SD card?
I have just got the Nikon D3100, and I need a SD card. The problem is, I don't know how to compare them. What are writing and reading speeds for cameras? How will this affect the performance of the camera and usage of the memory? Also, how will the class of the SD card make a difference?
Many Thanks
Added (1). *WHAT are writing/reading and in reference to the classes Nikon has recommended a minimum of a class 6 for my camera

Entry level dslr? Nikon vs Canon?
So. I'm really into taking picture, and i'm planning on moving up to a dslr from a point and shoot.
So i'm thing about a nikon d3000 and canon t3. Basically something under $500.
If you can convince me to go about a hundred higher, please do haha b.c. I feel like i shouldn't go too high with the price b.c. I'm a beginner.
Any pros and cons.
or maybe a degree up, nikon d3100 vs canon t2i? I don't know… Please help, Thanks!

Nikon 17-55 f/2.8 or a 3rd Party Lens (Sigma/Tamron)?
I'm in need of a kinda wide angle lens but not so much, basically just need a lens that can cover large groups and can get tight-superb all around lens.
I was leaning towards a Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 Lens ($1424 on B&H), now as always I love Nikon superb glasses it's just that they're pretty expensive but worth it. But if the 3rd party lenses (Such as the Tamrom 17-50 f/2.8 or the Sigma equivalent, forgot their version of it) are just as good I would stop my 'Nikon Lens Only Rule' and get the 3rd party version.
If equipment helps, I have a Nikon D7000, Nikon 50mm f/1.8D, and Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G AF-S VR IF-ED Lens. So a 17-55 would be a good range of all of mine focal lengths even if the APS-C changes the focal length from my D7000 so a 25-82mm equivalent. I could also save up to get a 14-24mm and not get a 17-55 if that's better suited for large groups and weddings.
In the future of course, i'll get a full-frame body, but for now i'll need to stick with my DX camera.
I usually rent the lenses I need for weddings. As i'm just a student and have no money for the holy trinity of the 3 nikon lenses. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks!
Added (1). @proshooter - Much appreciated for your input, I've heard decent amount of reviews for the tamrom 17-50 f/2.8. Thanks!
Added (2). @Keerok - Hi Keerok, the 18-55mm kit lens? The standard kit lens that comes with the D7000 was the 18-105mm. But I don't like that lens so I bought just the body and my 2 other lenses. That link you provided looks nice just cost a lot. But yeah I don't have a 18-55 and it seems cheap but from the reviews it looks reliable. What kinda flash would you recommend?

Why does this happen when using my Nikon camera?
I've found the aperture to do this strange thing. I adjust aperture it through the camera, and on some occasions, it can be adjusted to around f/3.5-ish and then sometimes it will only allow me to go down to f/5. I'm using a nikon D80 when I'm doing this. Any idea why I can't make it go down to f/3.5 all the time, when shooting in manual mode?
