Would this camera be appropriate for pro photography? - 1
I'm currently looking at a Nikon D5100, and was wondering if this camera would be plenty good for professional shots if I had all the lenses and stuff?
Which Nikon DSLR setup is better?
I'm torn between getting a Nikon D5100 with a tamron 70-200 2.8. Or getting a used Nikon D7000 with the 18-105 kit lens. I have used the tamron lens and really liked it. I know the D5100 has the same sensor as the 7000. I would like to do some semi pro work on the side. Portraits and candid shots. Both these setups are about the same price range at B&H Photo.
Can you use the Vivitar 2600D flash on a Nikon D3100 dslr?
I recently purchased a Nikon D3100 DSLR, would it be ok to use a Vivitar 2600D flash which I bought years back but still functions like new.
I just recentaly had put some Video (WMV) On my SD Card, The Problem is that i now can't get into my card after putting it on a different computer.
When I open it, it tells me to format it and when i do it says "Windows is Unable to Format this"
I tried formating the Sd Card with my Nikon D3100 and it said it's formating but nothing happened?
How do i fix this Please!
What interval times for Star time lapse?
I'm going out Star shooting tonight, with my Nikon D5100 and i'm wondering what i should set the intervals to (software driven through the camera)? Because i'm not sure how fast stars will move so i have no clue what the intervals should be. I want to make a time lapse Video, with about 500 or so photos. So if you could tell me the interval that would be the best?
I'm looking for some online photography classes i can take… I have a nikon d90 i'm new to using it and i would love some tutorials on it and classes i can take to maybe start a career in photography.
I have been saving up for a camera for 2 years and I have been set on this one, I go to buy it next weekend, but I want to make sure it is perfect after saving up this much money. I'm a very active photography student in high school and plan on taking photo through college, and want to get into film. I'm also active in theatre and have written plays before (which is why I plan on getting the camera that also has HD video). I want this camera to last me a while, do you think it is a good choice? If it is what are some accessories that would be a good idea to buy, because my parents want to get me the extras for the camera for christmas, since i'm purchasing the actual camera.
Can a Rokinon Fisheye lens connect to a Nikon Camera?

I'm planning on getting a Nikon camera, most likely the D3100 and I wanted to get a fisheye lens for it. The Rokinon like the one above ^ was the cheapest one I could find. Does this lens connect to a nikon camera like the D3100 for example?

For Christmas I'm getting a nikon d5100 and a vintage polaroid camera. I don't really know much about dslr but I'd like to get started. I see beautiful pictures in galleries and such. I mean, how do I get that good, or something close.
