Should I upgrade my Nikon D3000 to the Nikon D3200?

I've had my Nikon D3000 for a while now and have been looking around for an upgrade. I already have some other Nikkor lens so I would like to stay with Nikon. Recently Nikon released the Nikon D3200 and it looks pretty good, but I'm wondering if it is worth it to upgrade from an entry level to another entry level? The Nikon D3200 has video which is something I would like, but what about the image quality? Is it really better or is it almost the same? Should I save up more money and get a better one? Or what about the Nikon D5100? Please give me some advice!

Dropped my tamron 70-300mm, how can i fix it?

The tripod on my Nikon d3100 just fell over and when turning the zoom wheel, the lens stays still. Focus works, and macro mode, and i can zoom by pulling/pushing the lense. Any ideas on how to fix the zoom? I live in the UK.
Thanks!

Added (1). The 70-300mm was attached to the Nikon ^^

How to fix an auto-focus problem on my Nikon D3000?

I've recently noticed that my Nikon D3000 is not auto-focusing, as it normally does. Typically, the lens will continuously rotate in order to focus, before the shutter is allowed to close. I also recently purchased a lens kit off of Amazon, which contained 3 Polaroid lenses, with adapters so that they would fit a Nikon SLR. I'm not sure if these lenses and the adapters may have contributed to the problem. Is there a way to fix a problem with the auto-focus, or simply manually focus through the camera's settings?

Nikon 1 J1 for £300ish or what else?

I really want a new camera. I currently have an old 12mp Kodak I bought few years back an although it good, I want better. I'm an amateur and not really looking to do real photography, I just want high quality images of my life experiences. I like te idea of a dslr such as a d3100 or 1100d but they are too bulky and heavy for me to carry often. So I thought about the Nikon 1 but not sure what else is comparable to it. I can get it for £300 with the 10-30 lense.

Tethered operation of Nikon D3100?

I was wondering if someone could refer me to an application that lets me record video from my D3100 remotely from my computer. I saw that Nikon has a capture software but it only is a 30 day trial. I have Windows 7 64-bit. Also, Windows doesn't already recognize it as a imaging device when I plug it in so I assume it needs a driver. If anybody could refer me to those two things that would be great!

I'm looking into buying a used Nikon d40x?

It's pretty cheap, but I'm worried about the photo quality(it's only 10megapixels). I have a few 35mm film cameras, but this would be my first dslr. I want to begin a portfolio for college so I need a camera that would be able to take photos that I can print 8x10s of and still have a clear resolution. Would this be a good fit?
