I'm pretty sure i know the answer to this. But i just got a fisheye off of amazon that says it works for a d3100. Its a Bower.42x super fisheye wide angle lens-- a 46mm thread. But i'm pretty sure my camera needs a 52mm… My question is, will this lens i just bought work for my nikon d3100?
no rude answers please, thanks.
(i'm a beginner if you couldnt tell)
not sure if i even phrased this correctly.
Added (1). Could i possibly get some sort of adapter ring?

Is nikon D7000 camera a full frame?

Is there any way to take B/W shots directly from the camera?

I was trying to make a stop motion video, but around every 2 seconds, when using the flash, I'd have to wait around 10 seconds until I could take my next picture. Could this be because of the slow mb/s on my memory card, or perhaps the shutter, or maybe the flash is loading and taking a long time. What is the problem and how can I fix or improve it?

Why won't my DSLR take a picture?
I have a Nikon D5000 and when i take a bunch of pictures at once, eventually it'll stop taking. I'm guessing this is due to the heat of the flash and it needs to cool down, but I'm not sure and may believe that it could be the shutter. Which one is it? Or what is it?

How to learn to do photography as an art?
I'm 17, pretty much teaching myself. I have (half-mine, half-my dad's) a Nikon d3100 and a few different lenses. I want to get over just taking snapshots and get into the real art that is photography but I'm not sure what to do. Can any serious photographers give me some advice?

How to work a Telephoto lens for DSLR cameras?
I own a Nikon D3100 DSLR camera and recently just bought a 650-1300mm Telephoto Lens for the Nikon. I've done everything the book said and then I went to use it and all pictures came out black… I can't adjust the exposure or anything, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
And before someone asks, yes the lens cap was off and yes the camera was on, yes the lens was attatched to the camera properly, yes I had it on the M setting (as the book said) and my pictures still came out dark. What am I doing wrong?

Anyone have advice for a great digital camera?
I want to start taking photography classes, and in the mean time I want to buy a digital camera. I'm looking at the Canon eos rebel, and a NIKON d40.
I would like to be able to take family pictures and newborn, and baby pictures. Just as a hobby.
Does anyone have any advice?

Nikon D50 SD/SDHC card problem?
Hi there… Just got given an "old" Nikon D50 without an SD card… Went out and bought a 16GB extreme SD card. But went I put in the camera I just got a Flashing (HR) With no possibility to reformat the card. I tied an Old 1GB SD for my kids camera and it worked… Went back to the shop to change the SDHC to an ordinary SD… But they only go up to 2GB… Which for a D50 is strange… Any Idea's what could be the problem… I tried various cards I have at home and the only one that worked was a simple SD.
