Dropped my tamron 70-300mm, how can i fix it?

They_Call_Me_A_Wierdo
The tripod on my Nikon d3100 just fell over and when turning the zoom wheel, the lens stays still. Focus works, and macro mode, and i can zoom by pulling/pushing the lense. Any ideas on how to fix the zoom? I live in the UK.
Thanks!
Added (1). The 70-300mm was attached to the Nikon ^^

You're fortunate it works at all. See a pro about repairs. Keep in mind it may cost you more to fix it than replace it so get a couple of estimates first.
