Best Nikon camera 600$ and below
Well I really want a Nikon camera and I've been looking at the J1 but some of the reviews weren't good. I want something kinda medium sized or small. Around 600$ and below has a built in flash and is good with motion.
What kind of film can I use for my Nikon N200?
I don't know much about cameras or film. I just found an old Nikon N200 in my closet and its in perfect shape. I wanted to snap a few pics, but I don't know what kind of film it needs. The manual says usable film speed range for DX coded film is ISO 25 to 4000, but I have no clue what that means. So basically, what type of film do I need, and where can I buy it.

Is the nikon 1 considered a professional camera?
I'm not trying to get another professional camera because I don't have the skills for it nor do I want to be a photographer. I've seen someone with this camera and it takes very nice pictures like one of the dsrl cameras would do.
Is the nikon 1 like some type of digital camera or no? I do know its more advanced though. Its pretty expensive. What do you guys think?

I just want a new camera that I can take pictures with. (but in the long wrong can use it for modeling, thats if I still go with that plan.haha).
How much is a Nikon N200 Camera worth?
I have an old Nikon N2000 camera in perfect condition. It works fine, just needs film and 4 AAA batteries. It has an 80mm lens and a Nikon strap. There's this little sticker on the top of it that says JCII 55

Dust Proof feature in a waterproof camera - does it matter?
I'm trying to decide between the Nikon AW100 and Panasonic DMC TS4 waterproof cameras. The specs are very close but the only notable difference is that the Panasonic is Dust Proof. I have no idea how much this matters? It's $50 more then Nikon… Is it worth the extra money? Thanks.
Added (1). To address below: I was wondering if it was a gimmick because of the "waterproof" as well. Probably not to bring in a dessert, but yes for the beach and mountains (skiing).
My nikon camera turns black when I turn it on?
The green light turns on when you usually turn it on but the screen is entirely black. It was working just a few weeks ago but now it won't.
Which brand is better? Nikon 1, sony nex and olympus pen?
I would like to buy a digital camera that can change the lens and the spec and picture quality are similar to DSLR but I don't know which brand should i buy.
at first, i want to buy DSLR but it's inconvenient if i want to use it for travel or bring it out.
I just bought A Cheap $200 Savage.17 just to do some plinking/ cheap <100 yard practice with. I need a scope and i really don't want to spend much more than $130 on a scope. I will not be hunting with this rifle. (that's reserved for my.308 with a nikon scope) so the scope won't be banged around just range use with a.17 rimfire. I would never put a cheap scope on any rifle that has strong recoil.
