Camera DSLR lens fitting?

I recently bought a Samyang 8mm T3.8 CS V-DSLR Video Fisheye Lens for Canon and all though it claimed to fit my camera it doesn't seem to fit and by looking at the lens mount it looks like it's designed for Nikon;

&w=450&h=413&ei=TOiqT5GKAcqf0QWRxp2NBA&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=232&vpy=172&dur=1376&hovh=215&hovw=234&tx=205&ty=103&sig=101515953643746366753&page=1&tbnh=119&tbnw=131&start=0&ndsp=21&ved=1t:429, r:1, s:0, i:76

I'm going to take it back soon, however I was just wondering if there was an adaptor I could use for to mount the lens to my camera.

My camera is a Canon 600D - T3I

Is this against school dress code?

So my mom is planning on buying me a Nikon camera as a late birthday present. She says she plans in getting it before this month is over. But there are some beautiful spots around campus. If I wore the camera around my neck (not taking pictures) is it against dress code or anything? What if I do take pictures? Is that against the rules? Just wondering so I don't get in trouble at the time <3

Is it worth buying a [dslr] camera that's quite a few years old?

I'm looking at dslr cameras as I've been wanting one for some time now.
I don't have much money for this procedure - roundabout £200-250.
Been having a look around amazon and I've found a few that seem to fit the bill.

However they seem to be a few years old -

http://www.amazon.co.uk/...000GSVQNQ/

http://www.amazon.co.uk/...001TOD3YG/

http://www.amazon.co.uk/...002J9GIAQ/

So reviews from 2006 to about 2009. I know this isn't too long ago but I'm wondering are these still decent cameras to get? Do newer camera's have much better features or will these still take outstanding pictures?
Should I save up lots for a newer model camera or should I just go for an older version?

Best Nikon lens for to shoot clothing?

I'm going to shoot all my closet clothing for a project. Ideally I need to place each item on the floor and shoot from above. My Nikon 60mm/2.8 micro didn't seem to cover the entire garment. So is there a suitable lens that can do the job? Your experience or professional advice is greatly appreciated!

I'm looking for a camera?

I'm 15 years old and I would really like a camera for my 16th birthday. I have digital cameras and they're great, but I want something more professional. I'm considering going into a career in photography so I figured I would get started early. I love taking nature shots, particularly flowers and flowering trees. I'm looking for something that can take multiple pictures quickly. Maybe something from Nikon? Any suggestions?

Nikon J1
Canon Powershot G12
Sony NEX-5n

Can someone offer me a comparison/opinion?
I just want to use it for documenting my life and more everyday use, and I'm willing to spend some money to make this investment to get me the highest quality camera.
