Canon T3, T3i, T2i, or Nikon D3100?
I'm fairly new to the world of DSLR and I was wondering which camera I should get as my first. Are there are any new Canon Rebel models coming out soon? If there are I'm going to wait for the prices to drop on the cameras.

My built-in flash on my DSLR is not working?
So I just got a new Nikon D5000 DSLR and the built-in flash isn't working. Or maybe it is and I'm just really stupid and clueless. I put it on auto, then I turn on the flash, the flash pops up, but it never actually flashes. It's just sitting there. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm missing something but any help or clues? If not I'll just return it.
I have a Nikon D3100. Whenever I try to take a picture with flash, the flash doesn't pop up. It's loose, like it's trying to come out, but something is keeping it suck. I'm scared to keep trying because whenever I do, a weird smell comes out of the flash. I'm not sure what to do. Is there a way I can fix it myself? Or should I just send it to a repair store?
I want to take a photo with a long exposure that lasts from sunset to sunrise. What setting's should I put my camrea on and could this even work? I have a Nikon D3100.

I'm looking into buying my first lens for my nikon d3100. I use my kit lens 24/7 basically. I'm going to need one with a built in motor. I'm looking into a 35mm, i do everything from portraits to landscape to action and more, i'm not picky on brand names but i'd like it to atleast be decent. I'm going to also be using this lens on a nikon d40 and maybe soon a nikon d5100

I recently bought Nikon D5100. I use to do some movies occasionally. But is it possible to shoot movie continously? I mean I shoot movie say i started recording… From 0… To 10 min… Then i pressed again movie button it stops recording stops. Then if i again press record button it begins to shoot in new file. But i wanted to continue in same file rather than new file. From 10… To 15 lets say. If its not possible please suggest some software to join both file to one.
