also i see some photos they have multiple photos in 1 photo and its divide up llike comic strip is that a program feature?
Why do Canons look so much nicer than Nikons?
I'm a devout Nikon user but I can't help but notice the nice appearance of Canon bodies and lenses. Canon does an excellent job making sure every lens is very trim and contour while Nikon lenses (especially entry level ones) are chunky and ugly.
Why is this? Can Nikon, one of the "big two" camera manufacturers not afford to hire better designers? I'm quite perplexed.
I can get either a GE X5 Digital Zoom Camera or a Fujifilm S1600 Finepix Digital Camera. Which would be better? I can't afford a dslr camera:\ but what's the difference between those and a dslr?

I'm 16, I plan on going into photography as my profession. Please do not comment on quality, I just use a 12 mega pixel sanyo digital camera in the mean time until I can get a more professional Nikon or Cannon. So I know that my pictures may not have the best quality out there right now.

So does any one have tips so I can keep improving? I have improved A LOT this past year (since january of 2010) and I just want to keep improving. I plan on printing and framing these four to put on my wall. Would they be good for a portfolio too?

How to find the sweet spot of a lens?
I hear about the sweet spots on lenses, but I don't really know what that means… Is the image quality best/sharpest? Is the "spot" a certain focal length?
I have two zoom Nikon kit lenses, a standard 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6, and a 55-200mm f/4.0-5.6… Does anyone else have experience with these lenses? Can someone please fill me in, and if you've used or are familiar with these lenses, please give me some idea about mine? Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!
Which digital cameras still have a viewfinder?
How frustrating is it that the digital cameras have been coming out without a viewfinder on them, in order for the screen to be bigger… I can't compose or sometimes see anything using the screen alone! Which new cameras out of Sony, Nikon, or Canon point and shoots still have the viewfinder?

Digital Camera, Compact, Great Detail, Cheap
I'm soon to be traveling, to Las Vegas, and England to be exact. I'm looking for a compact digital camera, with great detail & quality, which doesn't surpass my $200.00 limit. I have a Canon Rebel XSi, a JVC Picsio GC - WP10. I'm looking for a camera which beautifully captures the architecture that England offers, and also captures the beautiful city lights that Vegas has. I was looking at buying a Nikon L22, but it does not come with a rechargeable 'Lithium Ion' battery. The reviews of the camera was great, the sample pictures and videos were so good, I almost couldn't believe it. But, I didn't like the fact it uses AA batteries. I want something like that camera, but w/out the AA batteries. Does anyone out there have a better option for a better camera? Attach a sample picture, showing me the quality of the photos it takes, If possible.
