Nikon dslr or canon dslr? - 1

Which is better nikon or canon? Please explain why
also, which one do professional photographers use? Why?
I would like as much detail as possible thank you so much!

Both companies make fine cameras -- from beginner model to their top of the line (that cost $8, 000 without a lens). The differences are mostly seen in the testing lab, i.e. This model has less "noise" than another. But in real life, when used by a skilled photographer, he / she can get terrific shots and no one should be able to tell if it's shot by Nikon or a Canon.

Simply put, they are equals in every way.

I use nikon only because my dad uses nikon, meaning we can share accessories and whatnot. My friends use canon because that is what felt best in their hand.

I don't like canon because of the feel. Its too light for me.

but of course, if I had gone canon, I would probably be saying the same things about canon
