What kind of zoom will you get on 300mm lens on crop sensor?
I have 75-300mm lens. What kind of magnification will i get on crop sensor. This is a canon lens, so assuming a canon crop sensor on canon camera. I was told it would be 480mm. But what i'm interested in is in times. Like i have nikon binoculars with zoom from 8 times to 24 times. It is really good zoom on binoculars. Also have 12 times zoom on panasonic cam corder.these are good zooms.
I want to know what kind of zoom will 480mm lens will equate to in those specs like on binocular and cam corder. Sony bridge cameras also have zoom in times.
Second question is, if i get a spacer for that lens, 70-300mm, what kind of zoom then will it be? Will a picture still be usable with a spaces, because there would be less light i presume.
Is DSLR considered good, fair, or subpar?
I'm looking for a new camera, and am considering an upper tier Nikon like the d7100
i'm an amateur although quite enthusiastic photographer and have the heard the phrase DSLR mentioned a lot
i know what it means but not if it means a top notch camera, lousy, or somewhere in the middle
if you could enlighten me i would be grateful.
Tell me the compatible Nikon camera body for Nikon 70-300mm 1:4-5.6G AF lense AF?
Please tell me the compatible Nikon camera body for Nikon 70-300mm 1:4-5.6G AF lense AF?
I'm very confused about which camera?
I'm amateur and I would like to but a good camera. At first I thought that Sony DS CH200 would be great for me, because it was 20 mp. But then I watched some reviews and changed my mind. After that I saw Nikon L820, but again I read some comments and everyone was saying that it is very easy to use. I want something that would help me be creative and learn the basics about photography. Can please someone help me?
PS. I have on my mind these too: Fujifilm FinePix S4500
Olympus SP620UZ
Is nikon difficult or easy to use? I have 2 years of experience with photography and I just wanna know do you recommend a Nikon dslr. I'm upgrading my camera (right now I have a canon eos rebel t3i) it's pretty cool but I think I want to try something new. Give me feedback, thanks.
Can you buy lenses for nikon p520 camera?
I'm not an expert when it comes to cameras but I'm looking to invest in one and i want to know if the nikon p520 is a good one for bird watching and nature pics. I was wondering if you can add lenses to improve the quality? If so what lenses are recommended? Or what would be a good camera for my purpose?
Looking into buying a camera and i was wondering if you guys could tell me anything about the Nikon 1 or recommend a better camera?
So I'm trying to save up for a good camera but I don't know what to get. I'm really into photography and stuff so I want something that takes really good pictures and zooms in pretty far. I have 293$ so far and I'm still saving. Nothing over 500$ though. I'm not familiar with any brands other than Nikon but if you can think of another brand that's good then that'll be fine too.
I'm also thinking of someday buying an old camera (maybe an old Polaroid) that takes kind of vintage/grungy pictures so if you guys can give me an estimate on how much one of those will cost, where to look, and what cameras work good.
Nikon or Canon? I need a new camera?
I'm thinking about selling my camera and getting a new one because I don't really like the one I have. Right now I have a canon eos rebel t3i. I've seen very impressive shot photos and most of the time those photos are taken on Nikon camera. So I'm curious: is Nikon better than canon in your opinion? And If I decide to get a Nikon which do you suggest?
