Can you take more than one picture on self timer?
I'm using the nikon d3100… Is there any possible way to take more than one picture at a time when it is on self timer!

Nikon D3100 saying memory card is damaged?
It is a BRAND NEW Kingston SDHC 16gb memory card, and a brand new nikon d3100. I put the memory card in, took about 10 pictures, and PLOOP. It said the memory card was damaged. The card itself looks fine, and I've tried re-starting the camera, and taking the card in and out.
The card did fit snugly, but I really don't think I'm putting it in wrong.
Help, and fast! I really want to take pictures!
Thanks everyone!
Added (1). Hmm… I took it out for a while, put in another memory card, took a picture, put the new card back in, and it worked… What is this.
Added (2). And now it doesn't again. I'm going to try to format the card again

When i put my camera in manual mode (M) and i don't use the flash, my pictures come out pure black with nothing. I was using it indoor with a lot of light and it was still black. I changed the ISO and it made minimal difference. Does anyone know what i could do? Also i don't want links to other websites unless they answer my question!

What is ISO on a digital slr and why do i need to change it?
I'm a noob. I have a nikon d3100, and i know how to change it and everything about it except what it is. I think it might be for movement speed? I don't know, help please!

Step by step on HDR on NIKON D90?
Is there a way on the d90 where I can press it once without manually having to press the shutter three times?
step by step would be very helpful thanks
Added (1). I don't want a shortcut, I know that some cameras will take three images in one go. So thought Nikon d90 could do that.

Did your DSLR camera come with a wire/cable to connect your camera to the computer?
My Nikon D3100 did not come with one and the store had scratched out where it said "wire" on the box, so it was not supposed to be included.
Normally, it would be a problem for me since with my old point-n-shoot, I would just stick the Memory Stick Pro Duo into the computer and the photos would import perfectly fine.
I don't know why, but when I insert my SD card (Lexar, 8GB, class 4) into the computer (and I know that I'm inserting it properly because the little green light goes on to show that it is in), but no autoplay or anything pops up on my screen asking me if I want to import the files or not… The computer doesn't really recognize that there's an SD card inserted. I have tried several times to go to Computer and click on all the removable disk letters (like G, H, I, etc), but it freezes EVERY TIME, and when I pull out the SD card from my computer, the computers automatically stops freezing and continues working perfectly again.
What's up with this?
If I had a cable/wire, then I could try importing the photos that way, but I don't have one and can't buy one since I just spent $700 in my camera and its SD card.
With my old point-n-shoot, I had to use a Memory Stick Pro Duo card (since it was a Sony Cybershot), and the computer accepted it and recognized it perfectly fine.
Any ideas to what's wrong with all this?
Added (1). And yes, I've read the instruction booklet and googled it and everything.

Choosing a lens for nikon d3100?
I have a nikon D3100 with an 18-55 lens. I want to buy a zoom lens. I'm choosing between 55-200 vr and 55-300 vr. The 55-200 vr is half the price of the other one. Which one should i get to combo with my 18-55. Should I buy the 55-200 and save 150 pounds for a 50mm? Answers please.

What is better: Nikon D5000, D3000, D60, or D40?
I'm just a beginner, i've had about 3 digital cameras but i want something better, with higher quality.
what's the best for my money?
which is better for beginners?
pros/cons on all of them?

What zoom lens would be better on a d5000?
I'm looking at 3 right now. Not sure of how far I'd like to go with distance, but bear with me. There's the 55-200mm VR Af-S lens, and that's about $210.00. The 55-300mm VR AF-S lens and that's about $330.00. Last is the 70-300mm AF Nikkor SLR Camera Lens. I'm sure the 70-300 doesn't have VR or autofocus, but it does run for $120.00. Which would be best for a d5000?
