Whenever I go get my pictures that I took with my Nikon D3000 at Walgreens, the colors always come out a lot darker and saturated. Why is that? And how can I prevent that?

Looking for my first speedlight for my D3100?
I have a Nikon D3100 and I'm kinda new to the photography world. I take nice photos but when it comes to external flashes I'm 100% new.
I want a speedlight that can tilt all ways (left/right, up/down) and I can "bounce" the light.
MY MAIN THING I'LL BE USING IT FOR IS CONCERTS. I'll need alot of people lit up at once. And maybe a speedlight that can be remote too.
Nothing TOO fancy, anything under $300 is good.

Is there a way to keep the built-in flash light on all the time in nikon d 7000? Like i'm using the sports scene mode and i feel like i can use the flash light but the flash light only mostly comes on in the auto mode. May be the answer is in the manual, but as a beginner i feel like even though i'm reading the manual in english language, i do not understand most of the stuff.

Should I choose 3 or 5 yera extended warranty on Nikon D7000?
I'm in a process of buying Nikon D7000; I narrowed it down to two online retailers. Newegg vs http://www.bhphotovideo.com/...video.com/. New Egg offers 3 year extended warranty including accdiental damage, wear and tear, etc. Bhphotovideo offers 3 and 5 year extended warranty with same conditions. BHphoto is a little more expensive.
Should I go with 3 year or 5 year extended warranty? Which online retailer is more reliable from your experience?

I figured out the hard way that the D5000 doesn't have the built in AF motor and I've been looking for an AF Telephoto lens for a while. If you can, it'd be much appreciated if you can link me to some Nikkor or Tamron ones.
