Looking for my first speedlight for my D3100?
I have a Nikon D3100 and I'm kinda new to the photography world. I take nice photos but when it comes to external flashes I'm 100% new.
I want a speedlight that can tilt all ways (left/right, up/down) and I can "bounce" the light.
MY MAIN THING I'LL BE USING IT FOR IS CONCERTS. I'll need alot of people lit up at once. And maybe a speedlight that can be remote too.
Nothing TOO fancy, anything under $300 is good.

You might also search Kijiji or Craigslist for a used SB-600, or even better, a SB 800.
Your D3100 can't do CLS commander so remote is pretty much out.SB-600 or 700 is a good first flash.
Save another week if you need to, but buy the SB-700. You will love it compared to the SB-600 or SB-400.It's only $330.
