Photography is such a beautiful art it inspried me to take classes at a school.
So I was talking to My dad and he wants a Nikon Period.
& I, daddys little princess wants a Canon.
Does anyone know which Nikon camera I shall get that preforms like a Canon?
Nothing against nikon. Its great, but the colors are so dead. But at the same time a beauutiful nightmare.
I've checked flickr, he wants the d90, I want the eos 450d or eos 5d.

What Camera Is Best For Me?

I'm looking to buy a camera in the $500-$600 range. I will specialize in sports photography and later on I will be buying an underwater housing for the camera. I don't want a camera the size of a business card either. My friend recommended the nikon D3100. Help would be appreciated.

Thoughts on Nikon D7000?

I'm upgrading my Pentax K-x for multiple reasons. I go to Mizzou (photo j department) and they have a connection with Nikon so for 48 hours i can use ANY nikon product. I want to upgrade because i will be doing this for the rest of my life. And because i like nikons. My Pentax is red and i'm afraid now people may not take me seriously with a red camera. I was thinking on getting a nikon D90 but then thought maybe i should just spend an extra couple hundred to get a Nikon D7000.So thoughts on the camera. And I CAN take really good pictures, so don't be like if you can't take good pictures with a Pentax then going to a Nikon won't make you take better pictures, cause that is NOT the case!
