Does anyone have the Nikon D3000 camera?

DSLR cameras for shooting videos?
I'm looking for a DSLR to shoot video on.
I've looked at the Canon Rebel T3i and the Nikon D3100, D90, and D7000
I can't choose!
I'm looking for something that I can rack focus with, something that will look amazing, and have good audio. Pretty much I'm just asking for your preference on the video option on these cameras.

Added (1). The reason for my interest in DSLR's is that I do intend on taking pictures as well. I want to invest in something that is kind of the best of both worlds.

I have a quantaray 70-300 (not junk as people say it is) I use it for my son's rugby games and have gotten some great shots. But it just isn't enough zoom. Which DLSR/ SLR camera is best to get?
I've just started a photography course as i'm willing to become a professional photographer. I've read a lot of the posts that say to get the Canon Rebel or the Nikon D3100, however i was wondering what everyone preference was whether it is the canon rebel or the Nikon D3100. I'm looking for a camera that i can also use in the long run for my profession as well as for my course to help save me from buying another camera down the track. I'm also looking more into the SLR sort as I'm willing to find out how to process my own films as i think it would be the interesting part in becoming a photographer

Nikon sb-80dx speedlight on a Nikon D5000?
I'm using a sb-80dx on my D5000 and it works great. It is TTL not i-TTl and I don't know what features or difference it is?
Why does it only let me use M mode on the camera and not A, S, P? When I use those the camera chooses a really slow shutter speed. I have to shoot in M and use my knowledge for the exposure settings. I think the camera doesn't communicate with the flash right. Also the recycle time takes forever sometimes! How can I make it faster? I'm using Duracell and energizer AA, I heard rechargable batteries will give faster recycle times? Do I need a flash diffuser, or is the built in bounce card good?
Added (1). The manual for the the sb-80dx only goes up to page 105. The slow recycle time is the worst problem I'm having, I think I'm going to get a sb-600. Still don't know why it's still so slow.
