Will a Nikon D7000 work for legit music videos?

I want to make music videos, and I have a Nikon D7000. Will that work for great music videos?

Well sure, but using a dSLR to shoot video is like trying to use one tool to build a house.

The music videos that were shot in our old studio were shot using a Panasonic AG-HPX250PJ or better.

Yes but being legit doesn't have anything to do with cameras. That is unless the camera was stolen.
