Will a Nikon D3000 take a micro sd in a sdhc adapter?

I have a micro sd Samsung memory card, it has a adapter the size of a SDHC.
I'm going to order a Nikon D3000 tonight and it takes a SDHC, will it accept a SDHC adapter with a micro sd card in it?

It should accept it, but it is not recommended at all as the write speed may be a serious bottleneck
also, instead of the D3000, how about the D3100- it's better in pretty much every way.

Yes a micro-SD card will fit in the camera with an adapter.

That will work but will be a bit slowe.r It can also lead to the card falling out when you chance cards outdoors.

Yes it will work but unless it is a Class 6 or better it may not have the data transfer rate to keep up with the video.
SDHC cards are dirt cheap compared to the cost of the camera - get a couple of 8GB SanDisk Extremes - you won't regret it.
