I have a Nikon D60 with two lens that are 200 lens and a 55 lens that i got from my grandparentsfpr & got for my 22 birthday since i do good photograph Sky's and clouds pictures but i wanna start be a professional family portraits for my side job but what do i need to know to make a good professional family portraits like this family portraits in this picture?

What can I do to fix the focusing problems I'm having with my Nikon D80?
Whenever I use my nikon handheld remote, I have major problems getting my Nikon to focus (using autormatic focus) on me when doing self-portraits. Sometimes I'm somewhat in focus, but my face is soft and not completely sharp and in focus. Any tips in terms of what focus settings I should be using?
How to clean the dust over my Nikkor 18-55 lens?
I have a Nikkor 18-55 lens (kit lens they issue with Nikon D3100) and it has little pieces of dust over the outside part of it. I just bought a filter so, before I install it, I want to remove the dust in order to not trapt it inside. What do you recommend?
Any good speedlights for Nikon D3100?
I would like to buy a speedlight for my Nikon D3100, I thought I'd buy the Nikon SB-910, but it's too expensive, so do you know any other good as this one? Or as good as the SB-700? Just make sure it's not expensive. Thanks!
Added (1). Well guys, I have 400 euros, and anyway, I live in Romania, but because the SB-910 is a bit expensive, I would rather like the SB-700 at the moment. But if you know any other good ones, like Nissin, Sigma… Or any other, just tell me.
