I have a Nikon D50 and a minute ago I went to focus my 18-55mm lens and now it has jammed. It hasn't done this before and I can't get it unstuck. I just looked into the lens and there's a black plastic cylinder which seems to just be rattling around. Does anybody know what could have happened?

Wanted to buy a good macro lens?
I'm having D90 which I bought last month as per good suggestion received from you people. Now I wanted to buy any one of the menttioned lens for macro / portrait photos. 1. Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro 2.AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8D from Nikon. At present bit confursed about these two lenses. Could you please suggest me good one among these. Hi i'm planning on purchasing a nikon d40 as of 2012. The camera was bought in august of 2007 and comes with all the accesories and a 18-55mm lense (Non VR). I'm going to buy it for 250. The shutter count in 5800. [Is this a good deal?!] Is it smart to buy a camera that was manufactured 5 years ago?

How to add photos from my computer to my sd card using the nikon d60?
I shot a couple baseball games with my d60 in raw format as I always shoot but the lady that I'm supposed to give my photos to doesn't know how to use raw. So I had to convert all the photos and now I have to send them back to her. My first Idea was to upload them to the internet in zip files so she could easily download them… But I guess it's too complicated for her. So now I have no choice but to upload all the converted pictures onto my sd card and mail it to her… Only problem is I don't have a card reader and the only way I can connect my Card is through my camera. I can easily take and export photos from my camera using this process but for some reason It won't simply just let me drag and drop the photos onto my (d60) file as it is shown on my computer. It seems to be locked and won't let me put anything on it. Is there a way to bypass the camera and have access directly to the memory card?
