How to shoot more? Nikon d3100?
How can i shoot more with my camera? I got a nikon d3100 18-55, and a 16GB memory, on live view screen it shows me only 10 minutes, how can i change that to shoot more?

I just wanna know lenses which are compatible with nikon D3100 i'm looking for a telephoto zoom lens. And is tamron lenses equal to nikkor lenses or its just cheap O. O

As we all know the price of DSLR camera's start off very expensive when it first goes on sale and the price falls as other makers offer "More bangs for your bucks" and when it has been on sale for quite the price will also fall.
EXAMPLE. The Nikon D90 can be bought BRAND NEW from Amazon for just £465 (Body only) It is a lot of camera for just £465. But it is also an old camera now, So I'm going to buy the D7000 for its "Higher spec" and better low light performance. The D7000 has fell to around the £700 mark (Body only) on Amazon.
My question is this… Are we likely to see any more money being shaved off the price of the D7000 body in the next 12 Months. There's not much worse than buying an item and then the price falls 1 Month later.

Added (1). My little Nikon D40 is starting to get a bit long in the tooth now and after 5 Years it is time to use it as a "Back up" camera. The picture quality on the D40 "Falls to bits" at ISO 1600 and it looks like it was taken with a £50 mobile phone at ISO HI (3200)
Remote flash D3100 and SB-700?
I have a Nikon D3100 and a SB-700 flash and I want to use the flash remotely. How can I make this work? I would like everything to be wireless, but I'm open to a long cable if that's my only option. Thank you!

I just purchased a Nikon D3100. I also have a case, bag, and neck strap. I will be investing in a few lenses too. I'm interested in investing in macro shots of flowers, bugs and such. I'm also going to need a lense that I can get quality, distance photos of nature and animals. Finally, I will be photographing children.

Was wondering what is the ideal lenses for landscape photo's. I'm not looking to get into any professional work, as I don't have the knowledge. I was just wondering what the idea lenses are? Is my new Nikon lens compatible with an old Nikon N2000 film camera?
I'm thinking about purchasing a N2000 35mm SLR Film Nikon camera for my photography class. The only thing is that it does not include a lens. I have a Nikon D5100 and have the standard lens that came with it. So does anyone know if my new lens will work on the old camera? I've been reading about a different mount that might prevent me from doing this, or the lack of a mount ring, so is there a way to purchase something that it would work with? Any information you have would really help me out!
