Refurbished Nikon d7000?

I'm considering the purchase of a refurbished nikon d7000. Looking for pros and cons of doing so from some previous users.

You'll be fine if you get it from Nikon - don't touch it from anyone else.

If it has a Nikon warranty then fine. Otherwise don't touch it. Otherwise who's going to fix it if it goes wrong?
