Choosing 35mm lens for camera?

I currently own a Nikon D90 (not full frame, fantastic camera), I've notice my need to have a lens with a larger aperture for low light situations. So I plan on buying a 35mm lens (Which would be a 50mm on my non full frame camera). The problem is that I also want to be able to use this lens on my Nikon F100 (so it has to be a full frame lens to avoid vignette). It has to have an aperture between 1.2 and 2.4 any suggestions?

Added (1). It doesn't need to be a nikkor lens, as long as its a quality lens

Added (2). I want it to be a 35mm lens thanks to the fact that it will be a 50 on my dslr and work as a 35mm on my slr, not a 50, because it will be too long for my dslr

Nikon D5100 with 50mm f/1.8 D Af?

I already know the autofocus won't work. It tells me to lock in the aperture to f/22 and if I go to any other aperture, it won't let me do anything. I know that it opens up to the largest aperture when I hit the shutter, but I've also read that there's a workaround, by going to aperture-priority you can dial it to what you want then go back to manual and then do your shutter speed. Is there any way to get rid of the error I get when I'm in manual wanting to adjust the aperture ring? It seems like the whole way around it doesn't seem worth it.

Lens help? 90mm, 50mm or 35mm?

I have a Nikon D90 + 18-105mm kit lens, as well as a Tamron 90mm macro/portrait lens. With this in mind, would it be practical for me to get a 50mm lens?

The 50mm would be my multipurpose lens for shooting portraits, scenes, etc.cos I feel sometimes the depth of field in my kit lens is not enough. The thing I'm not sure is, what will the benefits of the 50mm be in daily situations compared to my 90mm? I don't see point in getting a 50mm if its going to produce the same results as my 90mm.

Alternatively, would it be better to get a 35mm since I saw somewhere 50mm is too narrow for crop bodies?

Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows if good fish eye adapters that can fit with my Tamron lens?

Nikon DSLR's body mount for lens broken

My Nikon took a spill when I dropped my backpack.
It is the D5000 model,
and the mount on the body itself for the lens is broken, 2 of the pieces snapped off
so the lens can be partially mounted on but it has to be held onto the body to take a picture
which basically means zooming and attempting to do manual settings just doesn't work

does anyone know if there's a part for the body that can be ordered so I don't have to get it fixed (expensive) or buy a new body (even more expensive)?
remember, this is not the LENS mount, it's the part on the body itself
There's plenty of info for the lens… Which is completely fine

I'm looking for a good camera?

I was going to get a nikon d3100 but the cons tell me no, i'm looking for a camera with 1080p HD, high shutter speed, the ability to add good microphones for film making, more compact that a shoulder camera and a manual focus mode.

Basically an amazing camera with almost no cons, at a price under 1000, any ideas what camera would be right for me?

Added (1). ALSO, are all dslr cameras able to have a manual focus with the right lens? Or is it only certain cameras

I think I broke my Nikon DSLR?

My D3100 got knocked off a table and hit the floor pretty hard. It still turns on and has it's functions, except when you go to snap the photo the image comes out black, but you can hear it click inside. When I'm in live mode, the picture comes through to the screen. If I send it to be repaired (if it can be) anyone know what the damage on my pocket will be? Or if it's even worth fixing it?

DX vs FX lens on my nikon D3100?

I understand that DX means cropped sensors for nikon cameras which adds an extra 1.5X focal length to the FX lens. What about the DX ones? E. G the nikon 35mm f/1.8G DX, will it be a 35mm lens on my nikon d3100 or will the crop factor apply to it as well making it a 50mm lens? If it applies then what's the difference between DX and FX lens as long as the crop factor applies to all of them?

Upgrade from a Nikon D40 to a D5000?

I currently have a Nikon D40, and a 18-105 AF-S VR lens. I'm getting more into night time and sport photography and I'm thinking about upgrading to the D5000. I've done some research on the D5000, but I'm still not completely swayed that I should definitely get it.
Would it make sense to upgrade the D40?
Any opinions are appreciated.
