How many pictures can a 32 MB memory card can hold?

I have a Nikon Coolix I just bought, it's 12.0 megapixels and 4x zoom.

Really excellent cameras under $300?

I'm asking for a camera for Christmas, and I don't want to spend too much on it. I've heard a little about the new canon and the new nikon, but I don't know which ones exactly. I mostly just want a regular digital camera that takes the best picture possible, for under $300.

How to get Nikon Speedlight SB-600 flash to work?

I Bought a Nikon Speedlight SB-600 in August. Tested the flash and it fired ok. I took out the flash a few days ago to use at a graduation and the "ready" light did not come on. Consequently it did not flash on any of our nikon cameras nor did the "Test Flash" fire. Help me as I can't afford to buy a new one. I tried several new batteries including some from other photographer's speedlight sb-600 and sb-800 flashes that I know to be working and the flash unit just would not go off.

Added (1). I made sure that the batteries have been inserted properly each time. The flash unit turns on every time but the "ready" light never comes on.

Which sony cyber shot takes better pictures?

I have a Nikon s60, fully touch screen, and i guess i want to down grade because touch screen annoys the hell out of me.

Which sony cyber shot produces better quality pictures? As in, which one has the best color, brightness, ect?

My Nikon camera won't turn on?

So I was taking pictures all day at a swim meet today, and I came home and charged it. Then I plugged it in my computer to upload the pictures on my computer, but I fell asleep(haha) and left it plugged on my computer.
Now it won't turn on. And I tried charging the battery(you have to take it out and plug it in individually) but it still won't turn on!
I'm freaking out! I don't know what to do.
Can anyone tell me what's going on? Or what to do?
I think it might have been that I left it plugged for like an hour and a half on the computer.

Is General Electric a good camera brand?

I'm thinking about buying a General Electric GE X5 for my photography.
I can't afford a Nikon, Canon, etc… But I don't know how those compare to General Electric.

Is a Fujifilm Finepix a legitimate DSLR?

I'm a college student taking some photography classes on the side to compliment my major is Graphic Design and am wondering what kind of single lens reflex would be best to buy this semester. I'm on a tight budget so even though an expensive Cannon or Nikon would be my first choice, it looks like I'm going to have to make do… Any advice?

Recommend a cheapish manual SLR?

So I really want to get a manual SLR for a bit of experimental use as I've only ever had digital cameras, I don't really want to spend much on it but enough so it's a decent camera. My friend has a Nikon F50 which she got fairly cheap and I really like it. Anyone got any ideas on what I should get?
