A good camera for recording films?

I'm only 13 years old, and I need a good camera I could use for filming. I always film for school reasons and such, and my camera isn't that good for it. I want a camera with a good focus, and good lighting. I was thinking about getting a 14.1 megapixel camera, however, I'm using my own money to buy this, so it would be better if you recommended a camera below $150.00.

Also, can you guys explain what the optical zoom does? Does it control zooming in when you're taking pictures? How would it help me?

I want a camera that's simple to use, yet takes outstanding pictures. I was thinking about getting a Sony or a Canon. I like Nikon cameras, but they're a bit too pricey for me, haha.

Thanks!

Added (1). Okay, fine, maybe I'm being unrealistic here. No need to be harsh, honestly, you're not helping me. Considering that I'm 13 years old, I'm pretty sure I don't have a full time job that pays enough for me to get a $300 camera. If I did, I honestly wouldn't have put this question.

I'm not asking for that much. Just a camera with focus, really.

Camera Lens Help. Once Again?

I'm still trying to find a good camera lens for shooting out doors lacrosse games that may be at night. I'm having troubleā€¦ I need a Nikon lens with a low f/stop and good zoom. Not as much zoom as the pro NFL photographers get! But just enough for me to get a good shot. Thanks.

Added (1). I would like a lens under $500 dollarsā€¦ Is that possible if i want a low f/stop?

What are today's replacements for my Nikon 995?

I'm out of touch with the middle market cameras being sold today, although I'm aware that the point and shoot low end has gotten a lot better and the high end and DSLR cameras are stunning - but the latter are out of my price range ($300-500 I guess) or need.
What I like about the 995 is the long optical zoom range, the choice of automatic or controlled exposure/speed, the ability to tilt the lens with respect to the screen, the zoom range finder view for low light, and the firm grip for my large hands.
What I never got used to was the long time to open up and the delay in settling focus and exposure in automatic - hard to grab a shot as I did with film. I know these improved a lot in the first year or so after I bought the camera.

Sigma zoom lens aperture trouble?

I just bought a lens which looks like this
&imgrefurl=http://www.inetgiant.co.uk/AdDetails/Nikon-D200-with-Sigma-zoom-lens-18-20mm-1-3-5-5-6-3DC/2462994&usg=__CdX3LvshxIM07PImfWyfvDct2pc=&h=400&w=400&sz=14&hl=en&start=25&zoom=1&tbnid=Lian6i8p56hATM:&tbnh=129&tbnw=129&ei=cJhlTcuzDtTH4gaDrpz8CA&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dsigma%2Bzoom%2Blens%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dsafari%26sa%3DN%26rls%3Den%26biw%3D1092%26bih%3D874%26tbs%3Disch:10%2C484&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=120&vpy=517&dur=215&hovh=225&hovw=225&tx=149&ty=118&oei=9pdlTZyuE8a1hAex_On6BQ&page=2&ndsp=28&ved=1t:429, r:6, s:25&biw=1092&bih=874

however, i don't understand how to change aperture! I realise the lines on the side must have something to do with it and i can see the f stop numbers on the side.

thanks for reading!

Added (1). The lens is not electronically connected to my camera
