Going to Disney World? DSLR?

For my 15th birthday I got a nice DSLR camera. I've had it for about a year and this will be my first Disney trip that I have my Nikon. I've been to Disney World two other times and just had a simple point and shoot.
Now that I have this nice camera do you recommend taking it into Disney World? We'll be going to all the parks and even Universal. I still have a P&S that I was going to take, but I just wanted some opinions.

Anyone getting the new Nikon 85/1.8 AF-S G?

I know they just release it, and will be available soon. I have the older 85/1.8 D, and it is FANTASTIC! I just don't know if I should upgrade. Maybe an official review would help. I got the 85 D second hand on Ebay for only $250! It is in phenomenal shape for the price. I could easily get $350.00 for it.

This means a $150.00 price difference for newer lens. So technically, it would cost me only $400.00 for new lens after gain I make on sale. Not bad at all.

Best Canon point and shoot cameras?

Hi! So I have a canon dslr! But my last point and shoot camera was a Nikon and it recently died. For good. I was not impressed with it at all. I'm interested in a canon but I'm not very knowledgeable in canon point and shoot.

Thoughts and opinions? I'm aiming for under $200 or so.

Good DSLR camera for beginners?

I just started the class Beginning Photography in school. I'm pretty sure that photography is something I want to get into, and many people say I'm good.
My problem; I only have a simple point-and-shoot camera. It's an okay camera, but i'm looking for a Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera. They are So expensive though!
I want to know:
What is a good brand? (Nikon, Canon, etc.)
What is a good camera? I want some info like Mega pixels, zoom, price, etc.
I need something that won't break the bank!

Canon EOS 7D for a starter photographer?

I'd used few other starting range DSLRs like Canon 1000 and Nikon 3000. I'd never been in any photography classes or read any books. I just used those DSLR to take normal shots playing with focus but still the results were nice enough to impress few people. I think the object gotta be beautiful for a beautiful output.

So, a person is ready to trade his Canon 7D with some of my gadget. I'm not sure if I should say yes. I will be going to take some hours of photography classes soon as I have an urge to carry a good DSLR.

At what point do I deserve a DSLR?

I'm about to buy a nikon 3100 which is entry level, but i'm starting to doubt how much i deserve it.

Added (1). Hey guys- i don't earn my own money.
though i've saved up half the dslr money, i'll still need my parents to pay the other half.

Is a.270 good for moose caribou and elk?

I have a 30 year old.270 browning semi-automatic that i keep as close to squeaky clean out of respect for my late grandfather. It now bears a plaque with his name, date of birth and death, and a saying that reminds me of how he lived. It also has a picture of him taped to the stock along with my first deer i killed and the one i killed a week to the minute after he died.

In truth I have never shot anything bigger than a white tail deer with it. I have even killed turkey with it no problem and minimal meat loss. I eventually want to go and have read many forums for and against it primarily because of the bullet size and weight. I shoot 150 grain Winchester bullets out of it already so i'm used to that amount of kick. I have heard of their top of the line supreme elite xp3 bullet and was wondering if that bullet will be good enough.

Also I have missed only twice ever with this gun. The first time was because i was new to hunting and had major buck fever. The second time was because the original scope that was put there by my grandfather finally wore out and started floating. This floating did not show up until after i had sighted it in earlier that fall and accidentally injured a deer at my uncle's lease. It has since been replaced with a good quality Nikon.

I know i'm giving a lot of details about my gun but i'm very very partial to it. I would love to go someday and since i feel comfortable shooting it I would love to take it with me.

Thank you in advance for all your help. If you can provide ballistic tables with your favored bullet in addition to your experience that will be most helpful. I'm from Texas and have never been before.
