Can I use the memory card of my camera as computer back-up?

I was wondering if I can store files like docx, exe. On my camera's memory card? I have a PNY Professional 16gb class 10 memory card for NIkon.
Are they made for storing photo files only?

How can you tell the quality of a Nikon, like if it is a "beginner" model, or a more "professional" in a DSLR besides the Megapixel count? Like with a Canon, you can tell because they call them Rebel's, and and better quality ones are labeled with a "D"

Photos blur when taken indoors?

I'm using my cousin's Nikon 1 J1 and every time I take pictures indoors or at dusk the pictures blur. I haven't changed any of the settings yet and I can't get a hold of my cousin. After WW2 Japan and South Korea became so modernized and rich. The best electronic companies are in South Korea - LG, Samsung, Nexon etc. Japan has Sony, Panasonic, Sanyo, Nikon, Canon etc. Japan has cars like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi etc.

What is your suggestion on this?

I want a camera within $500. I prefer long zooms. But I want to know whether a small SLR will complement with its photo clarity and digital zoom. I want to shoot HD videos too and for that zoom should be enabled to be manipulated during shooting videos. My Nikon S630 lacks this. Will Sony HX200V fit for my need? Please suggest.
