Can i use a nikon flash on a canon camera?

Not and use all the features on the Nikon flash.
You need a dedicated Canon flash for a Canon camera

No. And you can damage the camera and / or flash if you try.

Not in TTL I guess but with the flash in Auto or Manual mode and the camera in Manual mode then maybe. Just make sure voltage requirements are equal.
