Nikon FM2n shot at wrong speed?
I set the shutter speed to 1/2 and instead it just shot at around 1/125 or above from the sound of it. Is there anything wrong with it and could too much desiccant dry up the lubricant? And if so how do i restore it back?
Added (1). Oh i forgot to mention that it shot at faster speeds every 1 out of 5-10 shots.

How to get my Nikon J1 to work?
So I was told that the reason why I record videos on my Nikon J1 and they don't work on my computer is because my computer has 4GB memory and that I would need a computer with more space. But isn't there a way to get the videos to play on my computer without getting another one with bigger space?

Any good digital Camera with HDR picture capability under 10000 INR?
I selected Benq AE100, but many people are suggesting me not to go with a BenQ.
So, please suggest me a good camera with similar specifications of some good camera brands(Sony, Canon, Nikon)
HDR picture capability and minimun 720p recording is must.

Nikon FM10, Is it a good SLR camera for beginners?
I like to learn photography. But I don't have lot of money to buy a DSLR. Planning to buy a slightly used Nikon fm10 with it's STANDARD lens. Will i be able to make some good photos? How about taking photos with blurred background (some aperture and focusing tricks) Anyone here using a FM10?

Does the iso of the film dictate the iso in the camera?
So I'm new to film and just started using a Nikon F100. I've finally picked out what film I'm using but had a quick question before I start to shoot: Does the iso on the film have to be the same as in the camera?
I thought that whatever the iso on the film is, has to be the same iso as in the camera settings.
For example: whenever I shoot on 400 film, I set the camera to iso 400 so that they're the same.
However I've seen people say they've used 400 film but "metered at 3200."
Can I use 400 film but change to iso on the camera to whatever I please? If so, how does changing the iso on the camera affect the shot?
