Alternatives to Nikon wide angle lens?
I want to buy a wide-angle lens for my Nikon D3000. Unfortunately I haven't got $800 lying around to buy theirs. I found a few from seemingly reputable sellers online, can anybody tell me if these are ok or if they will not work? I don't know a lot about photography and I don't plan to make it a career or anything, but I love photographing mountains and could really use a lens that will take a wide picture.

I hope my question makes sense. I want to be able to take long photos.
Added (1). I'm not kidding, I said already I don't know much at all about photography, please don't make fun of me! This is the whole reason I'm asking, is so I can know. No need to be a snot about it.
What alternatives would you suggest for a wide angle lens? Is there anything I can get for under $100? It doesn't need to be top of the line. If that just isn't possible you should just say.

I will be traveling to the UK and I will be taking my Nikon d40 along with me. I will be visiting many places there such as London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Chester, etc. I'll be taking scenery shots and self portraits with friends against backgrounds.
I would need a lens that isn't very expensive yet good for every day usage. What would you recommend?

How to start a photography business?
So I'm like 13 turning 14 in September and I want to create like a little photography business. Not like fashion (at least not yet), maybe weddings/birthdays/events, some advertisements (like new businesses, shops, store, etc.), nature for like magazines maybe or competitions, and probably sports for like school. I'm getting my camera (Nikon D3100) at least by Christmas or maybe my birthday. My mom would probably be my manager too just to let y'all know. I just want to know where to start out.

What setting is for capture fast motion like Skateboarding with my Nikon D7000?

What is the 50mm f1.8 good for?
I have a nikon d3100 and i'm debating between a couple of lences to buy, i heard the 50mm is good for portraits but for what else?

I have a nikon d3100 with kit lens, i want to buy a lens with large aperture but i'm stuck between 50mn f1.8 or 35mm f1.8, i don't shoot anything in particular and can you explain what these 2 lences are good for shooting?

What is the cheaper alternative Nikon lens?
I have a Nikon D5000 and want to buy a cheaper alternative lens that can go from 18mm to 300mm (or something).
I use my camera to take pictures of people and events (for fun, no clients). I hate changing out lens (long to short, short to long) because it's inconvenient when you want something up close one moment and then far away another moment (like taking a pic of a huge group of people at a party).
I can't afford another Nikon lens, so what is the cheaper alternative I should buy and what quality am I sacrificing?

Am I too young to buy this camera?
I want to start photography because it might be something I want to do as a proffession. I'm trying a lot of new things so I have a feel for different careers and hobbies. It is the nikon d3100 that I'm getting for my birthday. I'm 13 turning 14.Is this not really for my age or a beginner? I had experience with cameras before, but not
