Is nikon D3000 still in market?

I have a dlsr (nikon d90) and its so heavy, sometimes thats really inconvenient when being with your friends and i really like how instant and vintage polariods are, so i'm looking to buy a polariod camera with the most common film and stuff so its easy to maintain.around 40-50 dollars at the max and its gotta be worth the money. (since i spent it all on my nikon… ) xD
if you have tips for beginners than don't be shy.
(i notice the film can be expensive but is there really cheap stuff?) ehh.

I'm using a Nikon D3100 with a 52mm professional hd dslr MC AF 0.45X wide angle W/ Macro?
When i zoom in a little i get the tunnel affect, how can i get rid of the tunnel affect?
Added (1). What kind of lens should i get to get rid of the effect? Also the price should be reasonable because i don't want to spend that much on a lens, i'm just a beginner photographer

Is the Nikon D3100 D-SLR a good beginner photographer's camera?
I'm only fifteen. I've taken a photo journalism class, though, so I know the basics of opperating a SLR camera. I'm quick to learn, I prefer manual over auto, and I plan on making a career in photography. I finally got my mom to say yes to getting me a D-SLR. We've been looking into Canon and Nikon as those two seem to be the best in the market at the moment. I don't want to spend any more than $1300. We checked out Best Buy and this other camera shop. The camera shop sells the D3100 for $700.It comes with a 18-35mm lens for free. The kit that comes with it (three year warranty, lens filter, cleaners, extra battery, screen protector, memory card, and a card reader) costs. $200? I believe so. And then I plan on buying a 55-300mm lens for $400.So just the right prices! Anyways. I'll be taking pictures of mainly wildlife, landscapes, etc. Occasionally some portraits. But not quite as often. And then plenty of Macro photos. But that's for later on when I get a Macro lens.(:
My family and I are going up to Yellowstone in a month. Do you think this deal sounds good for a beginner in photography? I want a good video wiith it as well. Not like, professional quality. But at least decent enough that it's moving at a good speed.
I already have a tripod, by the way.
Keep in mind that in the future I plan on getting a new D-SLR. Maybe not the near future. But I will at least some point upgrade from this. Especially once I manage to get a job.

How much will it cost for a camera repair?
Does it cost a certain amount depending on the camera or the damage?
I have a Nikon D3100 SLR camera. I stupidly left it unattended on the dining room table and my little cousin grabbed the strap so she could pull it off the table, hitting the side of the lens as a result. Now it won't take pictures as fast as it's suppose to. When I take a picture of something it stops mid-shutter, then continues, and when I look at the pictures they're blurry or mirrored. Sometimes it won't take pictures at all. Is it just the lens or is it the camera, or both?
I know that's a lot of questions, I'm just really worried:/

Nikon camera without video and about lenses?
I have a Nikon D90, but want to go better, but just want good quality in the camera, not have all that video recording stuff, for i never use that. What are your opinions on Nikon's camera that don't have video on them, but are a bloody good camera, for around hmm $2.000 to $2.600. Also i would love the 600mm lens "wildlife", but the dollars they want for this lens is to steep for me, is there a lens that does a similar job, which is slightly less in cost. I have the 500mm bigma (sigma) and it's a good lens, but not that fast, so any help people would be great, cheers.
Added (1). Hi Jens, i like the D90 don't get me wrong, but i do alot of birds in flight and wildlife photography, and basically i see when you buy a camera that also has video, that is part of the cost to it. I would like to pay a similar price but just get the camera with no video in it. For i think you would get a better camera with better dials and things on it, than you would with a camera that has video. I find the video is like a waste, for i never use it. I thought i might be able to get better speed or sensors for the price than a camera with video. As for the lens, i need faster, for i get good frozen action shots, but would like to get a crisper shot. I have used AP but find using a higher ISO gives grain/noise, So i use SP, and sometimes.well alot of the time Manual. I'm interested in what more you can say, for your last comment was good, thanks.
Added (2). Oh also forgot, i would also like to get more than 4 fps
Added (3). Thanks so much for the insight, and all the help you have given to help, i appreciate it, i willawardyou full list of stars, thanks Jens.

Is my gear appropriate to learn photography?
My father bought a Nikon D80 and two lenses:
Nikkor AF-S DX 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 G IF-ED
Nikkor AF-S DX VR 55-200mm f/4-5.6 G IF-ED
Now I'd like to begin learning photography and I was thinking about buying a used Nikon D90. My father agreed to let me borrow his lenses (which are all compatible), but I was wondering if there's anything I should be looking for in a lens to begin.
First of all, what are these two lenses capable of? I assume the second one would be better used for wide angles, landscapes and the like while the first would be more appropriate for telephoto and portraits?
I'd like to try and work with a fixed focal length lens too. I thought it'd be a good learning experience. I saw a few used 50mm f/1.8 lenses for sale. Would that be good?
Ideally, I would like enough versatility to take not only portraits, but also the average travelingphoto. Maybe even some sports photos if I have the chance.
I'd also like to eventually try macro photography. I assume I would need a specialized lens for that?

What Nikon should I move up to?
I currently have a Nikon D40 and I have had it for 3 years. I'm 17 years old and I'm very passionate about my photography. I leave school soon to study at college - visual communications and photography. But anyway my question is what camera should I possibly consider to move up to? I don't have a specific genre of photographs which I take - I take a large variety of photographs.
I want to stay in the Nikon range, I was hoping for some advice.
The reason which I'm asking in advance is because I want to have a guideline of how much to save up.
