Camera will not turn on even when batterty is charged up?
Digital nikon d5000 series camera had just taken a couple of pic's and min later tried to take a pis and camera dead so i charged the battery completely up and still the camera will not turn on to take any pictures.
Added (1). The sd card had been taken out safely and pictures had been made at walgreens I later replaced the sd card to take a couple of pictures and thats when this happed

I'm looking at purchasing Nikon equipment, i have the nikon d90. I don't want to spend too much on lenses at the moment, any suggestions? Or even websites that are trusted for this type of thing?

A little help please… I need to know which is the best lens for a holiday trip. A 18-105mm, 18-200mm and a 70-300mm VR lens. All are by nikon. Can anyone please recommend me the best out of these 3 lenses in terms of usage?

Added (1). Ok. Thanks to all the suggestions below, I've narrowed down to 2 lenses. 18-200 and 70-300. Any other good points on any of these 2 lenses? Is the 18-200 lens zoom as good as the 70-300?

I just found my Nikon D3000 in my sisters room with the lens COVERED in dust and when I looked for the cap it was CAKED in dry nail polish. I'm soaking the cup in nail polish remover but will I be able to use it again? And is my lens going to be damaged at all? I'm so mad!
G vs D Nikon lenses for Nikon D7000?
If i got the D lens, for less, does that mean I can't control aperture in the camera itself. What's the real difference here?

I'm so confused on which one to buy. I just purchased the Nikon D7000.
I read somewhere that the G lens is newer than the D lens but the D lens will be fine with the D7000.
Is the quality the same? Which should I get?
