How to use a remote shutter on a Nikon D3100?
I just bought a remote shutter for my camera. I tried it inside and it worked fine, but when I took it outside to shoot star trails, I put it on Bulb, but it said it was too dark and wouldn't let me take a picture. I must be doing something wrong, but I don't know what.
Is it Safe to Recharge this battery?
I have a Nikon D40 dSLR and i needed to shoot something really quick before so I put the battery in the charger for 20-30 minutes a couple weeks ago and when i turned it on just now it says its full on the meter. Would it be fine if i were to stick it back in the charger to give it a full charge?
I have an important shoot coming up and i'm afraid it could die on me and i have no back up battery or camera.

How to get everything in focus! (photography)?
I just bought a Nikon D7000 DSLR camera. However i hate how most of the photos i take, a certain part of it will be in focus and the other part will be blurry! Is it posssible to make it so everything is clear like in a normal camera?
Nikon D3000 says folder contains no images?
My Nikon (that has not been dropped and has no water damage) says "folder contains no images" when I press the playback button. I have tried taking pictures and the shutter works and it sounds like it's taking a picture and then nothing is there. I have tried taking out the battery and switching the memory card. How do I fix this? Any suggestions please.

So I'm on a cross road, I own a D60 and after taking photos with 18-200 Sigma and the regular 18-55 Nikkor I like to get a prime lens, but I don't have experience with this lenses, I can read every where that the 50mm is better for portraits but the AF doesn't work… And thats just sad. The only reason that I like to get the 35mm is because of the AF, but will I get that sweet BOKEH in the back like with the 50mm or will I get an other lens that will be no use for me?
