I was thinking of buying a Nikon D3000?
I have a few questions.
which would be better quality for the price?
Nikon D60
or Nikon D3000?
i mean which is more worth the money.
AND what would be suggestions of work (like around the neighbourhood) to save up money? Because i might go halfers with my parents.

Flash recommendation for Nikon D3000?
I have a Nikon D3000 and need a flash for an upcoming wedding. I have all the other accessories and lens… Just not a flash. My bulti in flash just doesn't cut it indoors… I'm looking for something thats reasonably priced and swivels.
What would be a good DSLR lens for a safari?
I'm hoping to be going on a safari in a year to africa and i was thinking of getting a new lens for it. I have a Nikon D3000 DSLR camera and the only lens I have is the basic one that came with it. I don't want to get a like super- telescopic lens, because from the photos i've seen, the animals are pretty close, but I think i might need a little more zoom than i have now. Any suggestions?
Hi, I would like to start to take better photos. Right now I shoot in manual mode, Nikon RAW, here is some info on what I have now based on that you can help me get new lenses.
I would like a good lens for sports photograph and another for landscape and then a third for people and events.

Which settings for star trail on dslr?
Hi i'm still getting used to my Nikon D90. I'd like to know which exact settings to use to create a star trail? I live in a village with no street lights up my road so very little light pollution.

I'm leaning more toward the Nikon.
How would you compare the two, how is the other one better, etc. What are the specs of each and why are they better.

i already have a sony alpha 330 but i'm interested in getting another DSLR as I'm studying photography and it is a great interest to me. I see one of these cameras are cheaper but do not see the difference.could someone please tell me?
Nikon d50 not taking pictures?
I have a d50 it takes pictures but the sutter stays closed i have to press again for shutter to open again and when i check memory no pic is take i also don't see the memory light go off indicating its saving tried resetting menu and camera not working any ideas?

I got the camera to work there was junk in it blocking i gues the sensor when the mirror went up in any one needs help what you do is put the wheel on M and set the settings to bulb then shut off the camera and take off the lens while still on bulb press the shutter and the mirror will go up if everything is fine then the mirror should drop of it doesn't drop open the little black door at the end and clean your camera cause some thing is blocking it and thats what stops u from getting an exposure i guess i did this and fixed it by luck i'm no pro but it worked for me my camera works great now good luck

A better lens than the 18-55 kit lens?
I bought a Nikon D5100 body. I don't wanna buy the 18-55mm kit lens. Can anyone suggest a much more capable lens that's sharp and not so expensive?
