Canon Cameras, which one to get?

I'm 15, been doing photography for a year and been using my brothers Nikon D90, would love one of my own though, my parents have said they would buy me a camera for my birthday, but i have no idea what to get.
These are the kind of pictures i take… (that is page 5 of my flickr, but you can look through to get an idea of what i photo.)

I don't want another Nikon, as it would be pointless since a newer/ better model than the Nikon d90 would be more expensive, and a cheaper one wouldn't be as good. So i can just use this as a spare one.

People have said to me, a Canon Rebel, or a Canon. Any one: L So, i really don't know, my price range is pretty high, so it just depends how good it is!

What cool features does the Nikon D3100 camera have?

I really am leaning towards this DSLR camera but its a lot of money and I know the fundamental tech specs but I was wondering what funky artsy effects it has. Like does it have fish eye, sepia etc! Or if you have any other camera ideas I'm open to those too.

How to get the depth, color and saturation of Lomography with a digital camera?

I have been a Nikon DSLR user for a while now. Not a power user. I just had some extra money so I bought it a few months ago. I just stumbled upon a few lomo photographs and I was impressed with the kind of colors these photographs have. I have never really tried researching or knowing beyond what I know, to be honest. I understand the basics, lighting - aperture - shutter speed, etc so I can take decent photographs. But never shot anything monumental or different.
Is there a setting or any way by which you can achieve this effect with a DSLR? I know a lot of tradionalists hate Lomography for it's cheapness probably, so I wouldn't really be looking forward to comments critiquing Lomo itself (and digressing in a way.)
I use a Nikon D5100 with the standard lens kit. I feel like getting back into it all again! Now sort it out for me, champs.

Can you use a debit card for monthly payments?

I only have a debit card and am looking to purchase a nikon D5100. At the moment I do not have the money but have a continuous source of income. Is this possible and if so where would I need to buy it from?
(Yes, I'm under 18 but unlike the rest of the teenage population I'm responsible, self motivated, and self punishing. Do not be ignorant by telling me that I'm to young for a debit card or to make extraneous purchases.)

Which Camera will be great to buy?

I can buy either
Nikon - D3100 14.2-Megapixel Digital SLR Camera
or
Canon - EOS Digital Rebel T3 12.2-Megapixel Digital SLR Camera it

I'm gonna buy either one of those and also would be great for wedding pictures i will be taking in october so please tell me which one you think will be better. Some reasons why you pick that one.

What would be a good camera for me?

I want a camera that's good for self portraits, and that can also take videos. I was looking at maybe the Nikon d5000? I would prefer something 500 dollars or under, 800 at the most expensive.

I'm getting the camera above and i'm buying a 18-55mm zoom lenses for £400.
Also i'm only just getting started with photography so am wanting to get a good camera for the mean time and later wanted to purchase a better lens.

so, my question is

CAN I GET ATTACHABLE LENSES FOR THIS CAMERA?
IF So WHAT PRICE?

What is the difference between the Nikon D3000 and the Nikon D3100?

Is there a MAJOR difference? Or are they both pretty much the same.
