Can I use old lenses for a new Nikon SLR D3100?

I'm planning to buy a Nikon SLR D3100 very soon. I already have a few old lenses that are in great condition.
I think the first one is a Nikon fit Albinar ADG 80-200mm f3.9 lens Ai-S AIS zoom
Then I also have a Vivitar 100-300mm 1:5 close focusing auto zoom (just read it off of the barrel)
In addition i have a Canon zoom lens FD 35-105 mm 1:3.5

Would any of these work with a new Nikon?

Just curious as I'm considering saving up for them and I want to be sure that they're compatible.

I have only used continuous lighting in the past, trying to get myself use to using light. Now I'm ready for a starter strobe lighting kit. I can't afford to spend more than this price tag, but I have no clue where to begin. I have the new Nikon D7000. From the link above, can you tell me if my camera will trigger both strobes to go off or will I need a remote and adapters? If so how MANY adapters? I'm just starting out and playing around with portrait photography. I will invest more money as I become better.
