I want a really good camera cheap can be used?
I was playing with the Nikon D7000 and I wanted to take it. It took the best pictures I can't afford it my budget is like $250 but I really want that D7000. I can see me giving my horse a photo shoot now. Please help I'm kinda stuck on the brand but I'm still open minded
I've had this camera for a few months with no problems but yesterday I went to take some photos and it seemed as if everything was fine until I noticed it was showing the picture right after I took it and I tried to look at the pics and it said "folder contains no images" I have no idea what the issue is bc I haven't changed any settings. I'm wondering if my roommate could have something to do with this bc I recently let her use it a few times in a row and yeaterday was the first time I used it in about a month. Is this just an issue the camera is having? Or was something done to it? Is it repairable and if so how do I do it?
Why will my camera not let me take a picture sometimes nikon d3100?
I have a nikon d3100, and i use it on auto. Sometimes i press the button and it doesn't want to take a picture. It focuses and the i can hear the lense focus but it just won't take… Its awkwood when there's some 1 waiting and it will not work.
What setting should i put when shooting with nikon d80, reflectors and spotlights?

Is it necessary to also use an uv filter when you use C-PL for the lens.
I use a marumi c-pl filter for my 18-55mm lens, it also gives black edges to the picture sometimes,.

I'm planing to get myself a real camera. So far I'v been using mostly P&S and occasionally some friend's SLR
I'm yet unable to decide if I like Macro more or Portraits or Nature or something else.
I really need some pro advice for my first real camera. I'm kinda short on budget.Rs.2500 to 2800/- max. (around $500 that is the starting range here in India)
I'm confused between Sony NEX-5K/B and Nikon D3100.
NEX-5K/B is much more compact and lightweight which is really good for me. Coz I love to go on bike-trips. This one will be really handy for those.
D3100 on the other hand looks more convincing. Plus no need to get the mount adapter. (which is a must if I wanna upgrade from 18-55/18-200 with NEX-5K/B)
