Best Nikon D5100 lens for kid sports?
I just got a D5100 kit and i need a good lens to take pictures outdoors and sometimes indoors. I take pictures of youth sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball and hockey.what's a good fast VR lens i can buy? I would like something under $400.under $300 would be great.
i used a canon rebel xsi w/ 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III for a hockey game. The lighting was LOW and the auto focus wasn't that great. I missed a lot of good shots cuz the lens couldnt focus fast enough. Also some pictures were blury because of the low lighting
so DO NOT want to go through this again so.what's a good lens?
Which speedlite is yongnuo best in 2011, and would also be best for my Nikon D90. I like the SB 700, 800, 900, but find them very expensive. So thought i might just get the best yongnuo i can, any help is appreciated… Thanks all.

Added (1). I listed the ones i have, i also have the 18-55 vr but i don't carry that around much, i need more primes.

That is what I want to buy for my fiance for Christmas. She has always had a plain digital camera and has really been wanting one of these. Her digital camera broke awhile ago so I was going to get this. She keeps talking about it. So is it worth the money? Would she have a hard time using it if she has only used digital cameras before?
Added (1). Yea I meant a plain old point and shoot type camera. I don't pretend to know what I'm talking about I hate getting my picture taken so therefore I don't care much about cameras lol. I just know this is the particular one that she has been drooling over. She watches tutorials on everything and learns how to do stuff so I bet she would do the same for this camera
Good Nikon Lenses (specific price)?
I'm getting the Nikon D7000 with a lens (i think it's a 85-300mm) and I might have enough money to get myself another lens. Specifically, I'm going to jamaica with two gorgeous girls, so which lens (under 500$) would be good for I guess portrait and landscape or just a good lens altogether. It has to be from nikon btw

DSLR Nikon camera recommendations?
So, I'm looking to purchase a new DSLR, after the Christmas season. I had a Nikon d40, but I want to upgrade - I know the d90 has the best reviews, but I definitely don't need the video capabilities, so I'm wondering which of their models has the same (or similar capabilities) without the huge price tag or video stuff.
Added (1). I know I don't need to use the video capabilities, but I was hoping there would be a version that would be cheaper because it didn't have the video capabilities. And "huge price tag" means anything over $750 I guess. I'm just looking for cheaper options.

I have a Nikon D3100 with Tamron 18-270 VC PZD lens with Hoya HMC 62mm UV[0] filter. I'm planning on buying a circular polarizing filter, possibly from Hoya too, matching is awesome x] But my question is can I attach the polarizing filter on the UV filter or do I have to take it off? Also does it affect anything in any way? Also, if anyone wants to know or cares, I have a Metz 50 AF-1 external flash and a Silicon Power 8 GB Class 6 SDHC card.
