Should I sell my Nikon d3100 for 400?
I've been trying to sell my camera for a while. I finally dropped the price to 450 but someone wants it for 400.It's practically new no blemishes whatssoever, I have the box usb cable, charger, battery, 2gb memory card, kit lens and training dvd.

Is the Nikon D5100 worth the money? - 1
Originally, I had planned on getting the D5000 because I have used it before and I liked it very much. I decided that since I had a (great) experience with it, that I'd get it.
Well, when i went to order it, it was already discontinued. I've been researching it since the beginning of 2011.
Anyway, I just ordered the newer model of it, the D5100, and I'm not quite sure if it's worth the money, and what exactly has been improved quality-wise.
I shoot mostly still-life, both up close and far away, and i plan on making short films with it as well.
Did I make a good decision money-wise?

How to take a picture like this?
So i'm a photographer in training & I've seen a few pictures taken at a certain angle which would be very cool to do, however I can't quite figure out how to do it.
These are the pictures below:
(I have a Nikon D5100 just in case that would be helpful)

Why My Nikon D5100 Won't Perform Auto Bracketing?
I follow the procedure, i.e. Set my camera to P mode, click the information button, select "Auto Bracketing" in the information display, then I choose "AE1.0" from the list. Then I take photo, expecting three shots in the row will be taken. But my Nikon D5100 just takes one shot of the subject. It won't do three-shots-in-a-row function. Can you tell me what's wrong and how do I fix it?

How to make my Nikon D5000 shoot really fast?
I need it to shoot its fastest please help

I'm trying to sell my Nikon d90 for as much as I can but I don't know what the price could be. The camera looks new except for some scratches on the bottom and I have a speedlight flash and a 18-105mm lens. Anyone have any idea how much this would cost?

Camera help - Nikon D3100, Sony Alpha A35, OR Canon EOS Rebel T2i?
Okay, I'm no professional photographer and I'm not trying to be one but I would like a nice DSLR camera to take professional-looking shots with. I've looked around and decided these 3 were a good price and I've heard/seen good things about them. I'm just wondering which is BETTER for someone like me who wants to just take nice photos. (I'm also going to LA soon and wanted to have some nice pictures from my trip) Someone please help me out! Thanks!
Added (1). I've changed my mind… I'm now deciding between the Nikon and Rebel.

Camera and lenses for an amateur photographer?
Should I buy a higher quality camera or a higher quality lens? If I buy a lower quality camera and a high quality lens they would be the Nikon D3100 with the AF-S 50mm f1.4. If I buy a higher quality (and more expensive) camera it would be the Nikon D5100 with the 50mm f1.8. I really want to photograph bokeh and have a good focus in the photos. I'm also interested in shooting video. Do the 50mm lenses work well with videos? Any other suggestions or opinions would be very helpful! I was thinking about a Canon T3 or T3i with 50mm lenses as well.

How to put my Nikon D3100 in Burst Mode/Rapid shoot mode?
Just got my new camera, totally in love with it: D I was just wondering how to put it in the mode that makes it so you can take 3 pictures a second?

I would like to buy myself a dslr camera soonish with some Christmas money and some savings money. Under 1000 definitely for the whole kit!
I have been into photography for about 5 years now, although I have only played around with a DSLR camera during a photography course once where I used a NIKON D40:)
what do you suggest?
Added (1). I need it to be a camera that is very capable and will grow with me. So I don't spend all my university savings haha
