Looking to take pics of paintball action and dot know what lens would work. I'd be behind a mesh net and the actions would be done on a length no bigger than football field. Would a 18-200 work? I'm not a professional. So I don't need to spend thousands on a lens. Just want to be able to capture action in good quality.

Which lenses are better for this kind of photography… Can i buy for example one lens that covers all this kinds of photography or at least some of them.Yes i'm still learning sorry if my question sounds a bit.

So I was thinking that I would ask to get a Nikon D3100 camera from my parents, considering I'm not old enough to get a job. However, if I got the camera now, I was thinking that that could by my early birthday present, and so on my actual birthday I wouldn't get anything. I've never asked my parents for anything so big beofre, so I was wondering do I sound spoiled if I got a Nikon D3100 for my birthday?

Why does Picasa remove the processing when I load RAW files?
And, how can you preserve the camera processing settings when you upload the RAW photos into Picasa?
I'm using a Nikon D90, so I know the files are compatible, but when I open them with Picasa, I see the processed image the camera saves for a few seconds, and then it removes all the processing.
It seems like the ideal situation for Picasa would be to preserve the processing from the camera, and edit the RAW files like it was a JPEG. Then, since you can't really edit RAW files in Picasa, you could then still use a more advanced file.
Is there any way to do this, or any other softwares that give you the quick editing and sharing capabilities with RAW files, but preserve the camera processing?
How to see myself while filming?
