Street, urban, architecture, inte. Photography. Best lens?

I have nikon d3100(crop sensor 1.5).interested in street/urban, interior, architecture photography. Which lenses are better for this kind of photography… Can i buy for example one lens that covers all this kinds of photography or at least some of them.Yes i'm still learning sorry if my question sounds a bit.
i know i can use my kit lens but i would like some lens different than that…
Does this kind of photography needs wide angle lens?
My badget is medium(around 300 euros if you are familiar with euros or maybe 250 english pounds)
Need your thoughts, would appreciate it.

I'm not really sure but if you got maybe a 55 mm lens? I bought one for street photography. Haven't actually used it yet tho.

Edwin is correct about your lens needs if you want the best results- but you COULD get by with a third-party wide-angle zoom like a Tamron 10-24, Sigma 10-20 or Tokina 11-16 for interiors, and your kit lens for everything else. You can correct the converging lines of buildings in software, negating the need for a tilt-shift lens. Just shoot with a bit of cropping in mind. And BTW the magnification factor on APS-C sized sensor Nikons (DX cameras) is 1.6x; Canon is 1.5.

Hugh is pretty much wrong. An ultra wide angle is not even close to the same thing as a tilt-shift lens, software or not. There's much more to it than wide angle.

Also, Canon actually has the 1.6 crop, while Nikon (and Sony and Pentax, all of which use the same Sony sensors) has the 1.5 crop. Sigma has a crop of 1.7, and Olympus has a crop of 2.0.

Wide angle is ok; in general something under 50 (/1.5)
