Can a camera lens fit on all cameras?

Alright, I want a DSLR camera, but their really expensive. I'm 15 and have no job so I'm looking for something cheap.

I have this Kodak EasyShare, it's a compact camera and I want to upgrade to a DSLR. At Walmart they have a Nikon for like $228. My question is "Can I fit a Canon lens on a Nikon camera?"

Added (1). Oh yea, it's a compact camera, like the one I have now. Sorry, but thanks for helping me, it's good knowledge for the future.

Film SLR camera under 1000 dollars?

Something that won't be hard to find on the market.
This will be my first camera so I don't want the ferraris of cameras.
I really want it to be film, I just love the whole film thing, developing, and etc.
I looked into the major brands, and they don't seem to have many. But i Really like the look of Nikon's FM10. I want it to look old school. Rather than the newer all black, digital camera look.

Best wide angle zoom lens for my nikon d7k?

Ok I need a good wide angle zoom lens for when i shoot landscapes. I can't decide if i want to get the Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6 or the tokina 11-16mm f2.8. I would rather spend the around 480$ and get the sigma instead of spending 660$+ on the tokina but i hear bad things about the QC at sigma. I hear that some of the sigma 10-20mm are very sharp but some are soft and dull. Basically what i'm asking is it worth that extra money to get the tokina?

Added (1). I forgot to mention that 700$ is the highest I can go right now.

Trying to decide between the nikon 55-200mm vs 55-300mm?

I currently have an 18-55mm lens, and a 35mm. I need something with a little more zoom to take a few pictures of animals, specifically ones that I can't get too close to (such as on a safari). Between the two lenses, the 55-300mm costs $110 more, and can't use any of my filters, so I that could add to the cost. And it is also heavier. My question is, would I actually benefit from the extra zoom, or is the 200mm good enough? I need it for this weekend and I'm ordering one of the two lens tonight.

A good camera under $100?

Hey I'm looking for a good camera under a $100 that has good battery life. I'm not an avid photographer, I just want a camera to take good pictures with when on vacation or around the house. I have looked at Nikon, Canon, KodakShare and have acutally owned a Fujifilm camera that I lost on one my vacation (ugh!). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Why are the prices so different for the same product?

http://www.amazon.com/...B003ZYF3M8

as far as i can tell, they're the same product. So why is there a $60 price difference?

the lower priced one does not seem used.
can anyone explain this? I don't want to be ripped off in case one's overtly expensive, or the other one's a goof.
