Why won't my camera take pictures in Close-Up Mode?
Recently, my Nikon L110 hasn't been taking pictures in Close-up mode.It'll turn on, zoom in, and even flash-- but right after flashing, it'll just shut down. The picture won't be taken/saved! I've tried everything I can think of to fix it; nothing works. My camera does still take pictures correctly in Sport Continuous mode, which I don't understand, but don't use as often anyway.
What's wrong with my camera? More importantly, how do I fix it? Can I fix it?

Where can I find lenses for my Nikon FA?
I have an old, but great working, Nikon FA but I only have one 50mm 1.8 lens. That's good for most purposes but I might be in the market soon for a wider angle lens like a 35mm or wider. I want to use this camera for film photography but the lenses don't have to be antiques, they just have to work with the FA system. Links would be nice.
Good Digital Camera Under 100 Dollars?
My prom is coming up and I want a good digital camera with great quality. Sony Cannon Nikon? I prefer newer models. Like 2010-2011-2012. I'm not a camera expert but I want a camera with great quality (day and night) and LONG LASTING Battery because prom is going to be for hours and I want to take lots of pictures.
I'm getting a camera, but i don't have much to spend. I'm looking all over the internet for good deals, and found a lot. I found a Nikon s4100 for $85 on bestbuy.com or Samsung PL200 for $80 on tigerdirect.com. Which one should i get? Or do you recommend another?
True-color, short-exposure astronomy photographs?
Every single image I find of space is infrared, ultraviolet, long-exposure and other trickery. Are there any "true" images captured as if captured by an astronaut with a nikon? Why are 'real' photos of space so sparse?
Added (1). "star trails" are long exposure. I'm also talking about planets, moons, nebulas and other stuff taken with telescopes and/or in space
Hi, I need some help finding a lens.
I'm looking for a 18-200mm lens or a similar length. Doesn't matter which brand and I'd prefer not to go over $300… Used, New, or Refurb.

Added (1). I'm a photo journalist and I already have a 55-200mm and an 18-70mm but can't keep on changing lenses when I need to be taking an "earth shattering" photograph. I need sharp focus and good color like my 55-200mm. I may be willing to spend a little more if I find a good lens.
