Say I'm an entry level photographer, should I go with Nikon or Canon?
Remember, I would have to stick with one brand because I would be investing in lenses in near future for that one brand. You can't use a Nikon lens on a Canon or vice versa.
Added (1). Can you please mention why the Nikon or Canon is better in your opinion?

I have the film in, but when i turn it on, it says there's only one frame, not thirty-six. How can i fix this?
(the model is a Nikon F80 btw)
Added (1). When i try to take pictures it stays the same though.
Added (2). Omg thank you that was the website i was looking for but i couldn't remember the name

50mm 1.4g or 24-85mm lens for nikon d600?
I just recently purchased the nikon d600, and i was wondering which lens is the best overall?

I'm cleaning out a lot of my things for a big move. I'm looking for a little extra cash to add to the move so I'm going to sell a few things on eBay. I have 7 cameras that aren't working anymore. They were all around $200 or more cameras. Would I make more money by just listing them as a lot or separately? When I searched eBay similar non working ones went anywhere from $10 to $80. I really want to get rid of them fast so I think doing a lot would be better but I also want to make some extra cash. Input? Thank you!
Not quit sure which category so I'm guessing. All of the cameras are either Nikon or Olympus, I can't think of all the titles at the moment but the oldest is about 2 years.

I'm looking for a nikon with a few features but I'm not sure which one is the best.
* shoots in RAW
* great for concerts (I have a press badge ok so no worries about that)
* I would prefer one that is 16 pixels or higher.
Also i'm kinda looking for one thats no more than 600 bucks. I know thats a lot to ask for but its kinda what I want. I like the p520 but it doesn't shoot in RAW are there any nikons similar to the P520 that shoot in RAW and are in my budget?
DISCLAIMER: I HAVE A PRESS PASS/BADGE This isn't for pleasure or fun its for a site. And I picked nikon because thats a personal preference.

Using different brand lens for different brand camera?
I'm thinking about purchasing a Pentax ZX-L camera.
It's coming with a camera case, 75-300mm zoom lens, 58mm Skylight 1-A filter, and cable switch for extended exposure shots.
Does anyone know if the 75-300mm zoom lens a good lens?
Can I use other brand lenses? (Like Nikon, or Ricoh).
If so, what other brands can I use?
Please help! I'm new to this and would really appreciate the knowledge.

Which DSLR camera should i purchase? - 2
Canon T4i
Canon T3i
Nikon D5200
Ill be doing a lot of wildlife, landscape and lower light shooting. Answers from fan-boys don't mean much, i want handon experience on these cameras!

Would a dslr camera bought from China work in the US?
If I were to buy a camera (say, Canon or Nikon) would it have the same settings as the ones from US? Would there be any difference?

I'm so Worried About my Future
I'm so confused about what I want my career path to be. I know I'm thirteen, but I need some comfort and maybe some nuggets of wisdom from some of you guys.
I've always loved perfroming. I love being on stage. Acting, singing, improvisation; you name it! I audition for everything and I'm starting lessons at the Alliance Theater next Saturday. But sometimes I feel so out of it (I'm sure performers don't ALWAYS want to go to rehearsal, but I feel it all the time!). Sometimes I absolutely hate theatre, and it stresses me out.
I've also wanted to do things in a recording studio. I love writing poems, and songs are pretty much poems set to a tune. I was taught how to play the guitar, and I teach myself piano. I just feel like I want to have band to be with. All those people who made history are bands. I also feel like nobody would want to listen to my music. Today's music is ALOT different than the music I like (the Beatles, The Who, The Eagles, Elvis, etc.)
I've also want to be a photographer. I take pictures with my Nikon all the time, and sometimes they get in the school newspaper. Linda Eastman is my photography inspiration, and I want to be just like her (maybe I'll marry one of the most coveted rockstars of our time? )
I've also had the aspiration to write. My school newspaper lets me write some articles and my english teacher tells me I'm one of the most creative writers she's ever met.
I also think God is calling me to be a missionary. I've always loved helping people. He keeps tugging on my heart to do this. I feel like if I have an earthly career I'd be wasting my life. When I go to Heaven, I want to be fulfilled and be able to smile at Jesus and say," I did it."
I'm hoping to go to Julliard for about 3 years, then go to an Oxford College to study some Theology and Liberal Arts (and maybe some photography if they offer it), then I would love to go LIPA (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts) for the next 2 years.
Maybe I need a reality check and be out into focus by some you guys. This situation is making me very anxious (I'm diagnosed with an Anxiety disorder), and I had a panic attack. My mom said she talk to me about it, but until then, I look forward to your responses.
God Bless.

My Nikon V1 seems to always take grainy photos?
I got the Nikon V1 as a Christmas gift and I took it with me on my vacation to NYC last week. On the camera screen all the photos seemed to be turning out great and I was impressed but once I got home and looked at them on the computer a lot of them weren't even printable in my opinion. In hardly even low light the camera created very grainy photos. It even seemed to use a higher iso in situations where light shouldn't have been a problem. I kept it on it's automatic screen mode because accessing pasm on this camera is time consuming and a bit of a pain. I had heard so many great things with this camera and I was really excited to use it on this trip but I'm now a bit disappointed with it's quality. Is there anyway I can stop my camera from taking photos like this? I've seen peoples sample photos with this camera and I know it's more capable than what it did for me in NYC.
